Random disconnections all day EU servers

Hello,

During today I've experienced a lot of disconnections while playing on EU servers.

I know there are not problems related to my connection because as soon as I can connect back I see other people reconnecting too and saying in global they got dc'd, ffs, I got dc while flying, and all sort of that things.

Initially I though it was a problem with the valguero server Im playing, but as soon as I connected to extinction to feed dinos Im experiencing the exact same problems.

Are you having random disconnections today while playing on official EU servers? How to report this @Cedric ? I can report servers but cannot report a (much likely) network issue.

This keeps going on today, same behaviour as yesterday, random disconnections. Can you look at it @Cedric @lilpanda ?

I am completely sure it is not my connection, but just to verify this with data I created a steam query protocol python script that im running on a server in OVH France (SLA > 99.9%) and in my home lan in Spain thru Vodafone ISP.

And this is what happend when I get disconnected from game at home (the log is from my server on OVH France and matches with the disconnections Im suffering at home):

Im really wondering nobody is talking about that disconnections, they do not seem to be only on my server, I've experienced in at least 2 servers I play so I can guess there are more servers affected.

yeah its bin for this 3 days already cant do anything on 525 servers is reported multiple times dinos are just dieing cose we cant go out to feed them  @lilpanda

Every 15min keep crashing the server 525 . Unplayable..

New day and its is as bad as the last days. I just connect to server and 5 minutes later I get dc with a bunch of other players disconnecting too.

I believe this needs to be looked ASAP, assuming that just a restart of the servers in the same machine 523 (which has also been reported as faulty here

), 524 and 525 may help with the issue. Please @lilpanda look whats going on with this machine.

30 min playing and 3 disconnections already during today...

Day 5 of the disconnections. This keeps going on. It was moreless stable during yesterday night but as soon as the server has a reasonable number of players connected the random disconnections start again...

I think yesterday you tried to fix the problem. The internal player counter that can be read via steam server query protocol dropped from +250 to 0. It did that for first time since the problem and I guess its because you issued some procedure to fix the problem but it has been unsucessful. This morning we are again getting disconnected from server.

Please consider a full server reset or another kind of actions.
