Jesse said those items (or similar) will be made available to players who already own the game.

At this time there is no date for that availability yet.

I think the greatest award any of us could have from WC is early access to play and enjoy the game before initial release like we are now. Been playing since March of this year ever since my sister found it and showed me this cool game, even bought an xbox1 just to play it. Best reward ever.

"These skins are timed exlusives to those who pick up these retail preorders. They were necessary to get retailer support. I know, it's pretty lame, but that's how the system is. When you're a small company (even with ARKs success) attempting to do a retail release without a major publisher, this is how it goes.

They will become available to all players a couple of months after the game release, but until then they will remain exlusive to the pre-orders.

In this world, we're still a small studio and to get decent retailer support it was a necessary for us to commit to the timed exclusive."
