You’ll notice that the dragon spawned invisible. The tames were being set on fire, but no where to see the dragon. Plus the tribe on our server is built in easy and hard under water. Maybe that could be the issue..? Either way a nice roll back would be nice to help. I’ve heard we’re not the only tribe that’s lost everything to this glitch.

I need a name for these. I know no one reads them but a name would still be nice. Welcome to the BBC Big Bob Champions This guide is on the easiest task in ark- slaying the alpha dragon. There will soon be guides on the caves, don't worry. For this, you need 1 dino. 3 would make it easier because of mate and pack boost, but 1 works fine. you also need wyvern milk (very annoying I'm sorry.) The dino, is just a deinonychus. no fancy saddle. in terms of stats you just need 10,000 health (way lower works, but safety is nice) and 1500 melee. you can get away with 3k for health, but you would need a good bit of practice. You want to take your deinonychus and just start running. be very careful to watch your stamina. jump whenever the dragon sends a fireball. when she sends her minions, try to kill as many as you can. after this she should land. drink your wyvern milk (dein and player) and attack on back foot. the dien is small enough to not get hurt. DO NOT JUMP WHEN THE DRAGON IS LANDED! this will activate the deins pounce, latching to the beast. this drains tons of stamina and allows you to be hit. repeat this section until the dragon is dead. Now, the reason this works. You may have noticed where your dein was attacking the numbers were low, but in the middle of the dragon, the numbers were in the thousands. this is because the dein inlicts a bleed effect, much like that of the giga, allo and thyla, except this one works on bosses. for those unaware, bleeding effects do damage based on the creatures maximum health. the deinonychus does 0.3% of a creatures health in damage over 7 seconds. nothing special right? Except this bleed also stacks up to 5 times. with each bleed starting and ending slightly later than the previous one. assuming you have 5 bleeds going at once, you would be doing 1.5% of the creatures health over 7 seconds. this still doesn't seem like much, so let's add some more math. trauma. school. burning. vietnam. run. RUN. Helena? I'm afraid. every second the deinonychus does 0.2% max health per second. still not enough? that's 1944 dps for the alpha dragon. a therizinosaur(the dino most people use for this fight) does 52 base damage. theris attack 1.2 times per second. this means they have a base dps of 62.4. if we give it the same melee as our dein (1500%) it does 780 per hit, or 936 dps. but we can be like most parents, wait for the theri to find someone then punish it, give it an unlocked window, have it sneak out, and only support the child if it's what we want. of course the dein doesn't need protection. he just dives in between the legs and starts chomping. of course I mean the dragons legs and the protection is the deins saddle. get your mind out of the gutter

So i have been playing ark on PlayStation for some time now and i am having trouble with the alpha dragon fight. Even while wearing full riot armor, the dragon still manages to snipe me with a fireball or kill me in another way. Can someone help?

Dracoana your loyal Lizard-dragon companion and guardian
Thorfinn posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
Wild: It seems like Dracoana was left behind in some caves and the solitude has made this otherwise highly intelligent animal go crazy. If you are weaker then it and step into its line of sight it will plunge at you pinning you to the ground with its tail and devour you. But it does seem to have a strange affinity to Gachas and the crystals they produce. Domesticated: Since Dracoana are so highly intelligent it will only bond to one survivor but that lucky individual will have gotten a Companion for life. Dracoana are the perfect animal to have on any map since it will use its high intelligence to warn the survivor of incoming dangers burking both beneath and above the ground it has even been seen to use its wings to carry survivors away from danger and cloak them from unwanted attention similarly to what its bigger cousin the Rockdrake do. Game usage: Its highly suitable to Extinction since it is possible to get warnings when the meteors will hit an area. So, it works like a jerboa does on SE. it can aldo detect hidden treaths in the ground. Its cloaking ability will help both in attacking and defending bases in PVP and it will help protect the player on pve from getting attacked by wild animals and getting picked up by other players since the Dacoana will not allow its companion to be removed. It can glide from walls but not fly. Taming: And the taming method is that you get a gacha crystal and make it interested in you after that you bow to it and then you follow its movements to show it that you are likeminded creatures. After that it mound your back and then you have to collect wild gacha crystals and give it to it to fill its taming meter. -
Hello! First of all, I am a Japan person. I think it's very difficult to read, but I would be very happy if you could read it to the end. The new creature of The center that I propose is "loong", which is an oriental dragon that of course does not exist. However, I learned the rule that only real creatures should be proposed, after thinking about the ecology of this creature, and I really want someone to see it, so I post it.I know I can't win this election, but the developers and everyone are thinking, "If it's such an interesting creature, maybe we can implement it!" It is such a wonderful creature that you can think of, so please read it to the end. And I would be happy if you could vote in a hurry. ecology SIZE:Thinner than a wyvern, but longer (you can usually curl up like a snake and wait) WILD:It lives on The Center's Skull Island (Onigashima) and flies in the sky. At night, it rarely comes down to the ground. Neutral and does not attack from him. Rare Spawn ABILITY:From four legs generate a small but powerful tornado, on which it flies through the sky. The speed is about the same as a wyvern. He has natural armor because the wind constantly comes from all over his body. Your defense increases every time you level up after joining a team. CRAFT:After he joins, he can make various types of sake from his inventory by wearing his own barrel equipment. Each of them has its own effect action MAIN ATTACK:The main attack of the left click is a bite and an attack power about the size of a Tyrannosaurus SUB-ATTACK:Right-click sub-attacks can breathe wind breath, constantly showering enemies with slash-like whirlwinds. SPECIAL ATTACK:It spins its body like a tornado towards the ground like a Griffin's glide from above, releasing a large amount of wind when it lands, causing a huge explosion. underwater It has no oxygen value and can be active even in water. MAIN ATTACK:bite similar to that on the ground, SUB-ATTACK:It is a Bariox-like spin attack that spawns swirl and damage like the Genesis that sucks in enemies. SPECIAL ATTACK:The wind from the four legs used to fly is used underwater like a jet of Managarum, and it swims at a tremendous speed. taming STEP1:If a survivor drinks beer at night and hands Loong a beer or a drink made with Narcoberry and Stimbury, Loong will carry it to a field like a boss fight. STEP2:When you reach the field, you will be robbed of items other than armor and beer, and you will be given a Japan sword. If you can use them to reduce Loong's health to 10%, you will return to where you were and the sleeping Loong will become your friend. TIPS1:When transported to the field, the better the quality of the items taken Japan the higher the quality of the sword. TIPS2:During battle, frequently hand over alcohol to Loong to increase the tame bonus. alcohol 龍樽(Dragon Barrel):It is equipment that loong can wear. If you wear it, you will be able to make sake and store water in it. In order to make sake, it is necessary to store a certain amount of water. In appearance, equip the body with 6 barrels 龍酒(ryuzake):This liquor can be made with a certain amount of water and 300 different varieties of berries of all kinds. Organisms that hand over this have a 30% increase in coma value. 紅酒(benizake):Made with water and 200 tintoberries, this liquor increases the attack power of the creature you drink by 1.25% for 2 minutes. 金酒(konzake):Made with water and 200 Amalberries, this liquor increases the defenses of the creature it drinks by 1.25% for 2 minutes. 碧酒(hekizake):Made with water and 200 Azure berries, this liquor increases the movement speed of the creature by 1.25% for 2 minutes. 藤酒(hujizake):Made with water and 200 mejoberries, this liquor is Loong's baby food. 白黒酒(hakkokuzake):Made with water, 200 narco berries and stimberries, this liquor is Loong's favorite liquor. Perfect for loong taming and as a regular food. Thank you for reading to the end!!!

Species: Hippocampus Sarmaticus/Leviathan Time: Middle Miocene Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Aggressive Here’s another attempt. I think The Center is a perfect map for this tame. The vast ocean, the underworld, all the air bubbles. I feel Ark's oceans need a bit of love. What better way than with a new mount. Seahorses are pretty cool looking as well as sea dragons, and who wouldn't want to ride around on one. A saddled mount of course They're like master ninjas, so this mount could have some sort of camo ability, maybe when they're within underwater vegetation. They could function similar to an underwater purlovia, and their first strike from being hidden could cause massive burst damage. Kinda like sneak damage. Because of this sneakyness, make all wild creatures non aggressive to it unless provoked. This includes the jellies. In fact, let's make this creature immune to jellies shock to have another mount to fight against them. Maybe even have cnidaria actively run away from them like the piranha does to the sarco. These could be the best biotoxin gatherers. (A sea slug pic, but the patterns and appendages look cool, and I invision this ark creature taking visual cues from it) Seahorses also are very tanky with their bone like ridges down their body. Instead of their body and tails being cylindrical, they're more square, thus able to take more damage and even be compressed and be able to bounce back unharmed. This means the ark creature could make for a very tanky mount with possibly even recoil damage. Add a good saddle for even more tanking. Seahorses also have great mobility, so it can control similar to an underwater Tapejara. This is a very interesting video below about Seahorses. Utility is a big thing the ocean needs too. With the males pouch, it could function as an underwater maewing, able to nurse or improve imprints. Maybe a player can use its pouch to be transported underwater and give oxygen. Again, immunity to jelly stings. They have these cool prehensile tails too. They can use this to latch onto different things underwater to stay put, and enter a sort of turret mode. We can use these prehensile tails to grab small to some medium sized creatures, which has a multitude of uses, but also make it able to pick players underwater from their mounts. To balance this, make it ridden only or something. These tails could have another purpose too. There aren't any underwater shoulder pets. Until they're grown, while they're still a baby/adolescent, they can use the tail to become a shoulder mount. Adding stun immunity or reduction, or adding armor and recoil damage to the player while assisting in battle with their attack/breath. The balance to this would be that it's temporary, until the baby reaches a certain size, then it auto dismounts. Killing cnidaria could make it grow faster, or feeding it biotoxin. It would speed up raising. You could ignore this mechanic to keep it smaller for longer to keep the shoulder benefits, because it's raise time could be long without using it. With all these positives, maybe give the creature lower stamina, or make it opposite of the bear. Super fast burst speed that eventually slows down. Same with dps. Stupid high burst speed dps, that slows a lot over time. The way I imagine it looking is some kind of Seahorse/Seadragon hybrid with some draconian features. This is ark afterall, and some dinos aren't 100% real world accurate, so we can spice this up a bit. https://www.google.com/search?q=sea+dragon&tbm=isch&ved=2ahUKEwj_ttH9nMj8AhWTFmIAHQ8kBcAQ2-cCegQIABAC&oq=sea+dragon&gs_lcp=ChJtb2JpbGUtZ3dzLXdpei1pbWcQAzIECCMQJzIKCAAQgAQQsQMQDTIECAAQQzIECAAQQzIECAAQQzoFCAAQgAQ6BAgAEAM6CAgAEIAEELEDOgsIABCABBCxAxCDAToHCAAQsQMQQ1CBCFjmJGC-KWgAcAB4AIABe4gBgAuSAQM2LjiYAQCgAQHAAQE&sclient=mobile-gws-wiz-img&ei=WzzDY7-dA5OtiLMPj8iUgAw&bih=647&biw=412&client=ms-android-americamovil-us-revc#imgrc=t00DU5k3vLyQlM&imgdii=w_wkJPB5AToXmM Another cool option would be some kind of underwater breath attack. Bubbles that stun or slow so they can assassinate prey, or superheated water jet, but I'd like for them to have some sort of poison breath. It would go with the assassin theme. This poison would accumulate in its inventory similar to acatina, maybe increasing production for a time with cnidaria kills stacking. We could coat our weapons or even dino claws with the poison to give special debuffs and inreased damage per hit for a time. This would benefit high attack speed dinos a lot like the raptor, giving more use for its faster attack buff from its alpha call. I hope you all like and upvote.
