Behold the deinogalerix. your new shoulder turrent and taming tool. Deinogalerix Your new assistant and protector for your hunting and taming tasks The Deinogalerix Is an extinct Erinaceomorphic mammal of the hedgehog family, which lived in the late endemic Mioce. Wild Of solitary and territorial behavior, The Deinogalerix stalks its small prey climbing from the trees, once you enter in his territory, Deinogalerix will Become hostile and will throw his sharp spikes towards you causing you an stun effect for 5 seconds, enought to leave him escape. Be careful where you step!, As Deinogalerix tends to get down over night to sleep burying himself and leaving his spikes exposed, if you step on them It will cause damage and paralysis for 10 seconds (similar to stepping into a Bear trap). Domesticated Once you can make yourself with his dangerous friend, It will become your shoulder Bodyguard and a powerfull taming tool. Domestication (passive) Their natural habitat are the densest woods in Lost Island, the Deinogalerix tends to climb to the trees to look for their prey, once you find one, you will have to approach or wait patiently, once they get down to land and find themselves out of danger they Will bury on The ground, entering in thier trap mode to sleep, here is when you must sneak up on them and feed them with honey. Habilities: Spike shot: The Deinogalerix can fire constant blasts of spikes from its back, dealing damage equal to the creatures's damage. Tranquilizer spikes: Due to Its torpor resistance, you can make Deinogalerix consume Narcoberrys or Narcotics making the tip of Its spikes yellow, gaining torpor effect with his shots, once it is on your shoulder you will see a narcotic bar, which represents the number of Tranquilizer spike have left you can change the type of spikes in your gesture bar. Throw: when throwing your Deinogalerix to a small, medium, or a survivor It Will cause an stun effect for 7.5 seconds, if at that moment Deinogalerix has its Tranquilizer spikes, it will cause a considerable increase torpor on the objetive. Turret mode: being such a versatile creature, Deinogalerix can be thrown to a wall and stick to it, you can activate the "turret mode" from his inventory so that It can maintain Its position by throwing spikes at will. Trap Mode: thanks to Deinogalerix ability to bury, you can make a spiky landmine, by burring itself and leaving his spikes exposed, once a Dino or a survivor steps on him, the victim will be trapped and inmovilized for 10 seconds receiving damage or torpor depending on Deinogalerix Spikes In this mode. The Deinogalerix will take 75% less damage, making it an excellent trap. (You can put a helmet on it to add extra protection). Yes, I know that the Deinogalerix does not have spikes but the main idea came from being a prehistoric relative of the Hedgehogs, and these would be fundamental for their mechanics. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=opRsnwsqIGc&ab_channel=DinoP

This creature is a new type of crab recently found in 100 million year old amber, My idea for this creature is to be a shoulder pet that could hold a torch for you and maybe even other tools using it's claws. it could also have three variations, the first being the "Soft shell" this variant could passively produce Organic Polymer it would be the smallest variation with a smooth shell, the second variant is the "Tough shell" this variant would be bigger than the "Soft shell" with a more rugged shell. This variant would passively produce Chitin, The third and final variant is the "Hard shell" this one being the largest with a Very rugged shell. it would give a small armor buff to the player when on your shoulder and would passively produce Shell fragment's, You could find these Bright and Colorful crabs on the calm and dangerous beaches of the Ark The more dangerous the beach the stronger the shell, you could passive tame them by feeding them raw fish. And in real life it was tiny but it would be cool if they could make this thing a little larger than a bulbdog

A saber toothed squirrel would perfectly fit this new map. The map is covered in cold woodlands, which would be the desired home for the prehistoric squirrel. This squirrel could use its sharp teeth to grind low end materials for players. This squirrel would be small enough to ride on players shoulders. Not to mention it would be one of the cutest creatures in the game without a doubt.

Species: Phascolarctos stirtoni Wild: the drop bear is a creature that hides in the canopy most of the time eating the most poisonous leaves they can find. this obviously has made them a bit twitchy so they will often jump into the face of an unsespecting victim and start clawing. Domesticated: once domesticated the drop bear will act as a living backpack making it easier to carry objects. due to their ferocious nature it is also possible to throw them at enemies, this will cause the drop bear to start clawing at the face of its victim and block its sight until either the drop bear or person is dead. due to their toxic diet you have to tame them by feeding it narcotics or organic polymer, this diet also causes them to create a narcotic like substance. they can also be set up as traps at higher elevations where they will drop onto enemies.

Name: Epidexipteryx cincinnofur Time: Late Jurrasic Diet: Insectivore Temperment: Skittish Wild: Epidexipteryx cincinnofur is a rather bizzare creature. It looks like someone crossed an aye-aye lemur, a lizard, and a bird after a long night of drinking! Sticking mostly to the tall trees of Fjordur, this little insectivore behaves very similarly to the Archaeopteryx on the Island. It lives in trees, eats exclusively bugs, and is a rather timid creature, preferring to flee before confrontation than fight. It uses its teeth to scrape through the bark of the trees it calls home, then uses that abnormally long third finger to snag juicy bug larvae. professional side note: Gross! Domesticated: The habits of Epidexipteryx cincinnofur are what earned it the name I have given it. Its name roughly translates to "display feathered lock thief". That being said, I have learned that this little critter is intelligent enough to learn how to pick simple locks! It also sports a coat of small, downy feathers to maintain heat in this cold place, making it an ideal neck warmer that doubles as a lockpick! This creature's skittish nature also aids its owner in its own way. When frightened by a nearby enemy, the Epidexipteryx emits a shrill screech that warns of any threats in the vicinity! Abilities: Temperature buff similar to the otter or ferox. Able to pick door locks up to stone tier from the outside and pick locks of small and large storage boxes. Will warn player of enemies similar to the light pets from Aberration. It would also be a shoulder pet. Taming: tranq and tame. Feed it chitin (like the Archa) Here is the dossier I made for my submission!!

House Cat: An adorable little friend found on exctinction in the city. You can tame this little Feline by sneaking up to it like a hyaenodon and feed it prime fish. Once tamed it can be used to gather fish meat, wool and chitin. When on your shoulder it will keep you warm and give you a 20% regen buff as long as you give it attention and will cry out when it wants attention. It will pur when you level it up. Dragon: Like the wyverns they will have 4 varients: Fire, Lightning, Avian and Element They have four legs, wide wings capable of flying, grabbing creatures in mid flight, can destroy anything weaker than stone and is a good swimmer but powers cant be used underwater. Ever varient is pretty much the same except for a few appearance differences and breaths. These creatures are not tamed via eggs but are knocked out like rock golems and are fed rare mushrooms. Once tamed they have four attacks LT: Breath attack RT: Bite\Claw Attack RB: Tail Whip RS: Roar Hold RT: Whirlwind (Meaning they stand on their hind legs and spin in a circle attacking everything in their wingspan) Varients: Avian: Basically a dragonbird it has feathered wings and a beak and releases a Sonic wave that pushes creatures and survivors Fire: looks like a normal dragon but with a red volcanic glow and shoots a precision fire stream Lightning: looks like a normal dragon but glows blue with a static electricity effect across its body and have crystals growing off its body and shoots lightning projectiles that create a shock radius Element: Normal dragon look but with a purple glow and and shoots a element blast as long as it has element in its enventory. Tek Saddle: Hold LB: Activate Tek Saddle When the tek is equiped and active it gives the dragon extra offensive abilities RS: AOF Grenade launcher on the wings RT: Pulse Cannon They cant be bred or cloned I know the dragon might seem op but isnt tbat usually the case with ark creatures? Let me know what you think
