Server EU-PVE-Official-GenTwo988 - (v345.25) Downtime since May /12 /2022. Today May /15 /2022 server is still down. Questions: Has this server been deleted? Don't come back ?? I lost my CHAR Level 108 was playing on this server?? Where can I open a ticket complaining about the server being OFF for too many days?? Please help... I have 2 ARK accounts purchased on steam, with all the paid and free DLCs installed in my pc and my son's. We play on other official PVE / PVP servers, where these servers rarely get downtime. We live in Japan, our Computers are state-of-the-art. Here in Osaka our internet is super fast, above 2 Gbps (with fiber). Most fixed internet in Japan is pretty much uncapped, or unlimited (no blocking of any kind). Thank you very much...- 6,152 replies

Starting a couple months ago I started getting UE4 Threadwatcher crashes. I am unsure why these started to occur and haven't found any real solutions. I run 30 servers with ARK ASM (Ark Server Manager). This setup has worked mostly w/o issue for over 3 years. I have done some hardware upgrades over time and the current hardware setup was implemented in early January Moved from older Xeon Server to the 10980XE. The threadwatcher crashes all started at the same time for other people in the ARK ASM discord however however it wasn't super widespread and I have been unable to get any answers if it continued or people found a fix. i.e. no one responded to my queries about it. I have managed to work around it somewhat but doing entire system restarts daily and w/e they occur sometimes we'll go a couple days w/o issue then it'll crop again. If anyone has suggestions please feel free. Full system specs and setup: Running on Windows Server 2019. i9-10980XE 256GB Ram DDR4 2666mhz Nvidia 750ti 6x 1TB NVMe 1x 4TB WD REd Pro

I'm getting the error below and crash when my single player game finishes loading on The Center (not Lost Island). Hoping someone else has experienced and found a solution; I've sent 3 help tickets and all I've gotten is generic tech support that repeats all of the troubleshooting steps that I said I already tried in the help ticket. I was able to load into another single player map with the same mods and gus.ini settings, and servers are working fine, so this is an error with my single player save on The Center specifically, not my pc, mods, etc. Any help is much appreciated. What I've tried so far: - validated files - unsubscribed to all mods and maps, uninstalled the game, deleted any files the uninstall missed including the mods folder, reinstalled the game (and tried I am fairly new to this game and finally found a server I could build on. I have spent hours learning and building and putting up with the worst lags and glitches I have ever seen in a game. I can't count the number of times I was kicked out of the game with an error message. But now the worst! It seems na official the island 892 server has completely disappeared!!! Has this happened to any one else? Will it ever come back? -
hello, i play non dedicated with my friend and are playing through the arks together. we have completed island and are on scorched earth and i was breeding dragons when my pc crashed. i loaded back up and was in middle of map with a new character I flew home to where my base is and my old body was sleeping like my friends does when he logs off as if I'm not that player anymore. I lost all engrams and implant data from bosses and everything my body is still their I don't own anything anymore because it belongs to my old character that isn't me what do i do?????? have i lost everything and need to start over??? can my friend help, or something in files please help...

Hey all. Last night I started to run new dedicated server with Primitive+ enabled and mods that I were running on previous server without Primitive+. Though when joining the server the game crashed to Battleye install window. Crashes occurred when Primitive+ loaded and game started to load mods. Solution: - I removed all mods that were in use on the server and I were able to join the server without any crashes (Will do some further testing wich mods were causing this issue). - First thoughts that I suspect causing this issue are those mods that alter the engram system. Since Primitive+ has new engrams that might replace or modify some of the original engrams or items. This is my thought and will get to this when I have time to wait for the server to restart multiple times to test one mod at a time wich ones causes the issue. Won't go further than for the mods I like to use but this is something to keep in mind when starting Primitive+ dedicated server with mods. I started a single player save on Valguero on 2/1/2022, just got this crash today, never had any problems before. Here is the error I keep getting. Fatal error! First post, sorry for incorrect tags or whatever~ So, I saw a post about this in 2019, and it never got solved. I boot up the game, play locally, and load up The Island on singleplayer, but when it begins to load, BattleEye requests a download, so I say, "Okay...", and I download it. Boot up the game, singleplayer The Island, and it happens again. "okay..?" Download, do not show this again. Boot it up, singleplayer The Island. "Again?!" so I click Cancel and do not show this again... You know where this is going. Can anyone solve this?

It works just fine without mods. Here is the error with mods. OS: Arch Linux tried with Proton: 6.3-8, Experimental and Glorious Eggroll. And yes, i already tried the "verifiy files" thing.

Hi guys I need help for understand what happens on some of my server in last week. By checking the log from genesis 1 and genesis 2 I can see a tons of message like this: Day 9, 06:40: 'Fertilized Giganotosaurus Egg' has been hatched. I check with ghost in game and the Egg come out fastly for real in some players base. I tried to create a similar situation on this server but when I do the test the timers are correct and reset after the egg. In settings i have this for the breading: mating interval =0.1 mating speed =5 egg hatch speed =5 lay egg interval =5 Anyone has any idea about what happens? many tnx

Read this before you fill out a ticket or comment negative anywere. I've been playing Ark since day one when crop plots could be placed on Behe gates and Carbon was only mineable on the north side of the volcano, center had no redwoods either. Yeah Day one im currently at a stage w all engrams tek and able to produce 3900 dino eggs/babies a day and give avay bases w over 23,000 structures in 1 building and reproduce products in hrs. I DIDN'T GET HERE ALONE ! I helped my fellow playe rwhen he lost conection due to bad wifi i pulled him/her to a safe spot put food in his inventory if he was low level under 80 id leave tools and a cryo'd dino on em. We all multipal platforms different speeeds connecting globaly come together and Evolve together. So when you fill out a ticket or post a comment remember that thing you topic , problem, need.... A large group of people at wild card spent alot time as HUMAN BEINGS making Ark Survival Evolved connect you will 100's of thousands of people be accurate in describing your situation. Yes been were your at. I in 5 years filled out 5 tickets. I matter and you matter. GM Daze saved my Magma on gen 1 when i black bagged it and dragged it with skiff into mesh . I just ticked i messed up and meshed my dino he was there asap saved w inventory and health good. I lost power while transfering inmy wifi it stuck my char in data, i filled out a descriptive ticket ..Development team and GM fixed over night. Wildcard cares if your new and you need help and its not a GM or Development area, even just wanna check dino's out hit me up well Evolve together and enjoy what adventures we can Survive together. So, I just downloaded the game on Epic Game Store. Palying it with low specs laptop. And after some hours playing, I just tamed my first parasaur and then I did force saving using command, I crafted a saddle for it and equiped it on it. After riding and harvesting berries for just a few seconds, the game crashed. Didn't take a screenshot of the crash log, but then I played the game again and did the same thing twice and the game crashed twice also. And this is the last crash log that I got. I've tried to looking for any help in Google, and nothing, even I found the similar topic about it, but it doesn't have the answer. So, if anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Server 1541 gen2 pve official, crashed yesterday, once it came back up i was getting a glitch, everytime i open my inventory it pops up the refreshing inventory message like it would if you where using an Obi to transfer... It is also glitching the cursor inside secondary inventories, i cant move things around in boxes or tames. When i tried to transfer back to my home server. It just sits there... Ive hard rebooted the xbox, reset modem and routers. Even completely removed and installed the game... Please help.

Edit: This bug was patched on version 332.11 I’ve been having this issue where I’ll crash if I’m disconnected from the internet on the main menu upon launch. Hi there, Been running a dedicated server fine for months now, and then when trying to add '-servergamelog' and "?RCONEnabled=True" to the BAT file, it began crashing. I have then removed those, and turned RCONenabled= in 'GameUserSettings' to false, but still this crash remains. I have validated, checked for updates, and checked if the mods required updating, and none of this helped. I also tried adding '-culture=en' which someone suggested, no luck. First time I've ever encountered an error that seems to run the LogMemory twice, as if it's trying to start the server twice. Any clues on how to fix this?
