I may vote for this, but im not sure if it fits extinction as well as it did abberation. Definitely want this in eventually but first im gonna see what other creatures their are.

Although it didnt win the creature vote for the center I think it needs to come back for the crystal isles creature vote. It fits that map perfectly. I dont know if the creator of this submission will do it but if not them then someone else must because this creature is amazing.

You know at first i was like “we already have the karkinos so why have another crab”. But after reading the doccier and its description this is getting my vote and i really hope we see this in the game. Also you did an amazing job on the art.

Common Name: Deltadromeus Species: Deltadromeus Agilis Time: Late Cretaceous Diet: Carnivor Temperament: Aggressive Wild Deltadromeus Agilis has to be one of the most astounding creatures on this ark. It has not only managed to adapt to its poisonous surroundings but also utilize it in a variety of ways. is only slightly larger than a raptor it is not afraid to attack prey much larger than its size. Deltadromeus will swallow narcoberries which it mixes with its stomach acids to create a narcotic substance. Given enough time a single one of these Deltadromeus can knock out a fully grown rex in minutes. Deltadromeus isn't completely offensive, and if it sees a group of creatures that it cannot defeat it will run away until a more isolated prey can be found. If it finds itself to be outnumbered it will excrete a toxic odor that will scare off the predators while even knocking some of the smaller ones out. Domesticated A tamed Deltadromeus has proven to be one of the most efficient assets to any survivor. Since it has grown an immunity to narcotics conventional means cannot be used, but rather you must make it fall unconscious due to exhaustion. Once it spots you it will begin to excrete its toxic gas so its best to bring a gas mask and once it has exhausted itself it will fall asleep ready for you to claim. Deltadromeus is commonly used as a mobile narcotic station and an efficient one at that crafting faster than a motor and pestle. Aberration: great lake Controls Left click: bite - regular attack Right click/ hold: Spits a large ball of narcotics. Holding down uses more narcotics and increases the torpor inflicted. Space: Jump 😄 Creates an area of toxic gas. Scares away any creature smaller than it. Increasing hunger will increase maximum narcotics used for the attack and, the speed narcotics is created, but it wont craft any faster than a chemistry bench. Saddle: Level 50 Tamable: Yes Rideable: Yes Breedable: Yes If put next to another unconcious creature that isnt awake it will use its toxic gas ability to raise the creature torpor by 10 percent if the dinos torpor drops below 20 percent. Its a passive ability that activates only once per dino and it uses more narcotics depending on the creature. Taming Method To tame you're gonna need a gas mask or you can use alot of stimulants to negate the poison. The deltadromeus will go up to you slowly and will expel the toxic gas. What you need to do is wait for it to stop expelling the gas then it will take a short rest as its torpor goes up then once it gets back up have it agro on you so it doesn't lose torpor. Repeat until it's knocked out then give it Extraordinary kibble. Its taming effectivness starts at 75 and will increase if you throw poison gernades when it rests. Aggeravic mode - allows your mount to move faster in water and prevent dinos from dismounting players. Aquatic mode - gives a hyperthermia boost and damage increase to seakers reapers and nameless(doesnt stack with light pets.). Ascerbic mode - prevents rider from taking torpor damage. Can shoot out projectiles that do torpor(amount of torpor would correlate to the amount of narcotics consumed.). Scorched mode- negates damage when on the surface during the day. Aggeravic brew - Provides an oxygen buff Aquatic brew - Provides a hyperthemic buff Narcotics - 1 narcotic from 5 ascerbic mushrooms (no spoiled meat) Mushroom Brew - 50 aggeravic,ascerbic, and aquatic mushrooms. Doesnt require sap or Congelead gas balls. It will spawn in the great lake balances: When charging the spit attack it uses tons of stamina so you would have to level up hunger and stamina equally for good usage. The health of delta is much lower, but it is made up for with increased speed.
