Absolutely. PC players can at least tweak their ini file and be happy with it. Console players are doomed using Mods, that need to be constantly on – and updated – to provide the same kind of feature – having to rebuild the cryos and possibly fridges… Using Single Player tolggle is the way to go. This cryo thing is aimed at multiplayer anyway.
