Had a goal last night, grind for my grinder (hah) Before I started I wanted to flesh out an expansion to my base, an area to house the grinder and future Tek Replicator and whatnot. I have an area beside my main building that I extended via cliff platforms, demolished those and made two metal cliff platforms for the future crafting room base. Snapped a side room ontop and just placed a few walls and foundations for now, snapped electricity all throughout then went off on a big metal / material run. Started off getting a few thousand paste from dams, then back to get my ankys and quetz for a giant metal run. Hit up the whole canyon for metal, ice cave, volcano for crystal and obsidian cave for .. obsidian. Got back with over 6k worth of ingots and made 1400 polymer. My tribemate and I figured we needed a desert outpost for easier crystal, access to the desert and whatnot. Took my wyvern t the desert crystal cave, real neat if you havent been there. Then we scouted out a spot and I went back to make my Grinder. As soon as that was placed, with some storage vaults, ground up a few thousand wood to level up a few tames. I also gathered everything for A Tek Replicator. This weekend maybe if @DJRone89 is up to it I can convert some of my element shards to element in his replicator? Plan to make most of the useful Tek this weekend in preperation for Aberration and general badassery

I can say with almost 100% certainty that none of the regular stories here are on Mobile. We dont like that version up in these parts!! (Just kidding, I wouldn't play mobile personally.. I already play on an inferior system.. Console)

Didnt do much, logged on briefly to just check on the base and take my new wyvern out for a level.up. My buddy joined my tribe so he's been busy doing his thing. Its nice logging into someone online We've put over 3000h into the game together so its also nice getting my friend back into it. This weekend I get an extra day of gaming o/ yay for stat holidays every month Ill be finishing my theriz line this weekend and plan to get a real nice wyvern.

I've been sitting on that 160 poison egg and decided it was time to get some milk and raise this. I took my imprinted ptera, my spare griffin and flew to my scar outpost. I set up my auto, fixed the plants and did a quick look, a 50 female poison right near. Lured it towards the trap which was quite far from my outpost and my plants killed it. I was glad it was so effective but didnt want to ruin the trap so I set them on low and went to test it out. I went into the scar and grabbed the first egg near, luring them all to my kill box and they got taken care of quite easily. I went back in and grabbed all the eggs around, including another 160 poison. As I went up into the upper portion I lured a few more drags on me, few close calls with a 175 lightning but they all got slaughtered. I even trapped a few in the trap, knocked em out and ate them with my griffin for exp. I saw a few nice low level event coloured Wyverns and cleared the scar of wyverns again before leaving, hopefully we see some nice ones. Got my milk, went home and raised my Poison while making dinner then logged

Started off the day yesterday by hatching all my gen 3 Theriz eggs and getting a few new additions: A stamina mutation raising it to 249, another colour mutation without a stat it seems. A pink body with the highest level yet, 251. Also got a mating pair of guaranteed all stats with the original weight mut included. Ill keep my muts seperate for now ( besides the blue weight one engrained into the line) until I feel like working in the useful ones and or when I tame some better stats. Farmed a bunch of metal, obsidian and CP for hours. Made up 7 vaults to finish my main base interior and premade a metal griff storage / turret box for the Scar. I plan to kill off the low level males and undesirable ones in hopes of getting more event coloured Wyverns about. Got distracted on the way there by a 145, 135 black & white and a 150 white spinos. Ended up taming the 150 white spine one then headed back. Went to the scar and placed my outpost, then hit every nest. Every one despawned including a real nice 185 lightning egg Killed a few wyvs with my griffin then after about an hour went back. Still no eggs spawned so I had to lure a few wyverns into the trench and logged. The next morning i went in and snagged a 160 poison egg. It didnt even despawn! Went back and grabbed a Ptera, tried to get some milk. Big cluster mess, after knocking it out, grabbing milk and throwing it in Ptera I forgot their short torpor drain and the wyv got out. Wrecked my ptera, almost killed my griffin and killed me twice. I lost the milk so Inwent home to lick my wounds and tame up some proper high lvl pteras for better milk runs.

The golden coloured wing backs and back is a natural colour. The white underbelly might be event coloured. I caught a red bellyed 145 last night and even that one barely can tell its event coloured

Ooh spino trap ill have to use that Dying for a badarse black and red one! I should be on tonight and plan to finish the zinos by getting guaranteed pair with the hp, melee and blue mutation. You want some eggs of these once complete?

A small trick you may or may not know. Works for all dragonoids (drakes, wyverns, ice wyverns) Say you want the egg nest above frozen lake to spawn, keeps giving low eggs. Kill that wyvern, find a suitable high level ice wyv (doesnt have to be female, tested this) and drag it to around that nest. Leave render, come back and there ahould be an egg from that wyvern in that nest. If not, derender, wait (30 min~) and check again. When you steal the egg try not to lure the wyv too far then just check back 15-30 mins later.. voila. Exact same egg. Same stats etc. Repeat as long as you want. It works in scar too but theres a lot more wyverns and possible nest spawns. One stipulation i would try to meet.. its best if the wyvern egg you want to spawn actually spawns there naturally instead of dragged over (so keep killing until you get a high lvl spawn) i have done it both ways but the dragged wyv seems to despawn randomly so its not as effective.

Spent most of the day breeding. Hatched those theri eggs Saltire and I made. Best was a 241 theirz female with combined hp and melee (6.6k 343melee) and a male with melee and a blue stripe (weight) mutation, and imprinted myself some reject ones for farmers. Hatched a bunch of Dimorphs and a Rex egg. Went for a quick metal run, imprinted and logged. Got on later and made a bunch of vaults and bred the good female with the mut male. Ended with a 247 male with mutation, hp and melee. Now the hp and melee is guaranteed along with mutation chance! Also got a non mutated male with the good stats for clean breeding.

Just built a motorboat Maybe ill take that boat tour aswell. Its on the way ill stop by and check it, as long as I stay away from lagmonster base (rosswell)

I need to start recording my doings better. When I play for extended periods I always have terrible write ups lol. Here's one of those: Was an eventful day yesterday. Finished my breeding pens' AC units and enclosed it finally. Tamed up a few Rhinos for boss fights & general fun (holy crap they do lots of dmg) tamed a 140 Male and a 135 Event red/white female along with a 130 Red Mammoth. I dont have kibble so they take a lot longer After @DJRone89 stopped by and crafted me up a Cooker and gave me an Asc Quetz platform! Piddled around the base awhile, bred the Rhinos and did a bit of matienence and stocking up on supply levels / premaking bases (like always) @AngrySaltireis going to work on Rexs for our little boss squad and im going to work on Therizinos. I got together a whack of taming supplies, a premade theriz pen and loaded my quetz into the obby then flew my griff to Blue obb to hunt near my old base. Tamed a 140 bear as soon as I got there, had some honey with me. I needed something to slay hundreds of Theriz so she was aptly named Therizlayer. Slay she did! Spent a few hours killing off the spawns around, some some real nice event Theriz. I would go scout, then clear between 3 spawn points and rotate unti finally it pays off, 135 Female. Get that baby tranqed and continued the cycle. After about 1.5h it pays off again, 140 event red & black female. Spent a few hours taming them up, got lots of real life stuff done during. Later on I got on again and kept looking but after an hour I gave up. Dropped them off in a supply drop and decided to fly the quetz home. Made a few stops, pelagornis bay for pearls, obsidian cave, beaver dams and home. Crafted all my polymer, got 82 and made a chem bench. Tamed a 140 white & black bear while doing this. I bred my bears a bunch to get a mating pair, unsuccessful and need better stats anyways. Only 3k hp 308 melee. Took one of my bred Baryonyx and an extra argy (plus premade base lol.. i love this stuff.) And flew to Viking bay to establish a black pearl farm spot. Almost got annihilated by a 140 kentro.. it impaled my Bary and almost killed it and me. Got back to base after and decided its about time I get some wyvern eggs. Took my spare griffin and set out to the scar. Took a bit to clear a few out, then dove in to find some eggs. There were a lot of lightnings so after each egg was almost death for my griffin, almost 8k hp gone each run. I grabbed 3 eggs, 150 lightning, 170 poison and a 150 poison. Each time the eggs decayed as soon as I grabbed them Almost dying multiple times I decided to head back home and log off. Waste of time but ill try it again! After some minor home electrical work, I now have a working beer fridge in my garage and am back on Ark! Toodles~

Outside my old base in blue I counted over 12 different theriz last night, ill camp there for awhile later today. Already have 2x rhinos tranqed, 140 male and 135 red&white female Ill be sure to keep checking near us for theriz too

I can help you tame a quetz with my quetz if you like, ally up and shoot off mine. (Or i can lend you my quetz) We can split the load on boss dinos, ill start on Theriz since I can pick em. Time to go to crash zone to look See ya on then, its my day off so im on all day.

Very productive day yesterday, point form. Finished off my breeding pen, finished off my egg pen. Tamed a few more eggers, tamed a 162 tek raptor. Brought all my tames from old base to new base. Tried and failed to tame an Oviraptor (didnt dodoex the egg amounts lol) Tamed a 130 quetz, their AI is stupidly easy to kite on Ragnarok. Popped 7 Bary eggs and only kept 2. Crafted an industrial forge (hopefully @AngrySaltire gets on so I can get a bench and cooker crafted ) I plan today to get some Rexs or theriz going and hopefully get a line started for Rag bosses. With my quetz ill also try to tame a good Rhino, Mammoth and finish off most of my egg farm. Need to farm up a bunch of electronics as well.

Only got on for a little bit today, reorganized my base a bit. Bed hopped to my old base (crashed 4 times trying to wake up) grabbed my dung beetle and some stuff I had left there. Went out looking for an event Quetz and spotted a beautiful black & orange one, only level 50 though. Gave chase and as per usual it ran to frozen lake in Murder Snow. Got it knocked out and just as I laid spike walls around it a pack of direwolves ate it from under the ice. This has happened to me before lol Pissed off, went flying back to base and spotted a 130 Yuty. It was busy chomping some diplos so I figured id just shoot it and test my luck. Before it killed the diplos I had it running from Torpor, it ran past me and feared my Griffin. Sending me all over, I dismounted for a second and got mauled by 2 purlovia and had to quickly whistle follow all and glide down the mountain. When I finally got back to the Yuty it was pitch black (even with gamma) and I couldnt get it to follow me. Then it picked a fight with a 130 Griff and got destroyed. Annoyed went back to base and logged to make dinner and GoT* it up a bit. *edit: After rereading it sounds dirty, acronym lol

Then skip it and read the next one. No need to voice your opinion over it, some people like modified server configs and it helps keep the game fresh for them

Didnt get as much as I wanted last night. I wanted to complete my breeding pen and build my kibble farm. Went for a fly to see if any event dinos near me, found a 150 griffin near my base so just had to knock it out. After it was out went for a short fly and found a 150 event argy, red and white (oh Canadaaaa..) so knocked it out. While that was taming went and did a dam run, got careless and almost lost my new 150 griffin. Had to fly back on my 135 griff and claim my.body. Got back to base with new argy and new griff in tow, determined to finish my building...ooh a tek raptor. Ooh a red terror bird.. oohh a red 150 raptor.. ohhh a red parasaur.. you get it. Hours later sitting with 10 egg tames and no building done lol. Crunch down, finish half my breeding pen, thatch out my egf barn (going to have to move it, to close to breeding pen and not enough room) then logged off

You never sprint on a Giga thats why its slow walk is still faster than rexs and such. It's bite radius is so huge makes an excellent meat runner. Also use it to kill alphas near ur base and such. Other than that it isnt much use

Holy rex eggs batman

Tamed a doed at the new place as soon as I logged in. Once it was done I started up on the other 12 behemoth gates I needed to finish the walls. Half way through Saltire stopped by and gifted me 2x Baryonyx and 2x Thylos. Afterwards I touched up the last bits to finish my main building. Bred the thylos for an imprinted baby. I found a premade journeyman Thylo saddle earlier, so figured Id use it on a nice imprinted one. Stopped by the old base and gathered up most of my stuff and placed a few vaults in my new place to hold it all. There was a 135 Griffon near my base so I crafted up a trap and placed it in the middle of green valley. Tamed some level 100 ptera around where I built the trap and lured the griff into it. Worked flawlessly! Went back to my base to get cooked mutton and such, just after I put the stuff in the griff the server went down for a few mins. After I got back on it reset a few mins back and I was midair heading back to my base to get the mutton, repeated the process and then the tame went off without a problem. Brought it back to my base, and logged off for awhile. Came back on shortly after dinner, went on a CP run on the new griff, farmed some metal and made a few vaults and all my crafting stations. I should have enough for a forge now, next session ill get it all together. Base is coming along, just need a bunch more vaults and to set up plumbing for greenhouse and the cooker.
