Grounded
Hi I run a server on Linux, and have it automatically check for updates using steamcmd (actually ark tools which runs steamcmd). About a day ago the process started to take around 40 mins to complete when it used to be about 8 minutes. Since I run this every 30 minutes it is now not updating at all. I can change the download location in steam client for Windows, but that does not help the server as it seems to be checking the New Zealand steam servers which are crap at the moment. Is there a way to config steamcmd to use a different download source?

Mine came right a few hours after I posted, better than right as it now takes about 3 mins to do it's thing. But yes, I guess we are at their mercy huh?
