I want to start a server of my own, but would like to make it so donations can go through a webpage of my own in order to keep the server running when I can't afford it. As a thanks, those who donate would get a custom T-Shirt (displaying the server name and similar info, without any property of Ark being added to it), wrist bands, etc.. But also as a thanks to them I would like to offer dino modifications (skills, colors, etc.) for free after the paid for product (T-Shirt, wrist band, etc.) Is sent to them. Would doing so be against the Terms of Use if the modifications are simply a free gift given to them by their admin as a special thanks? What's the difference between the Element used to craft Tek gear, Enforcers, Scouts, and whatnot... and the Element that corrupted Rockwell and the Earth?
