What is the point of there being a report feature if players who have now amassed over 20 CoC violation reports on them are not banned or removed from servers. Seriously. Yes I've been counting from other players against this person as well and STILL nothing is done. Is it that hard to get people to be administrators for the servers, or is the reporting feature just there to look like you are doing something when in fact you don't mind letting official servers go to hell because of select players? And don't go telling me there is a report feature and to use it for CoC violations because it has accomplished NOTHING. So don't go using time as an excuse unless your manpower is seriously lacking in the customer service department.
