Where and what to edit to increase rates in private nitrado server?

I'm trying to permanent boost rates in my ark server

I found the global harvest rate multiplier and set it to 2.0 but somehow it's not really working.

Also the taming speed. tamingspeedmultiplier I set it to 10. But I still don't see any effect. I tried normal taming a mamoth with regular berries, only gave like 4% taming. it was level 122 I think.

Also for XP, can't seem to make it work right. Is there a way to have 1 setting and tick all of them at once to X rate?
