The basic idea for irritator is that it would be the opposite of the spino.
While in water the irritator would be relaxed and therefore it would be slow moving and have very high health regen as well as little to no aggression.
However, the longer irritator spends out of water the more irritated it will get. As irritator spends more time out of water its speed and damage will increase but health regen will drastically decrease and incoming damage will also increase.
This would make irritator useful on every map but for different purposes. On scorched earth irritator could be a glass cannon perfect for killing targets quickly. On the island irritator could be useful as an early underwater tank. Items such as canteens or water jars could be used to temporarily negate the effects of the irritated mode if there is no water source nearby.
Its taming method could be dependant on its mood eg. An irritator in water could be a passive tame but if its out of the water its a tranq tame.
Should be slightly smaller than an allo.
Other ideas:
Angry irritators could ignore natural armour (rock golems, stegos etc)
Relaxed irritator could have significantly reduced effects from certain attacks ( jellyfish sting, purlovia pounce, tranqs etc)
Irritator sail could protect from extreme temperatures.
