hello, i would like to get some information about the terminal. The "23:55:00" is the timer counting down. You can only put things into terminals for 24 hours, if you don't take them back out within the 24 hour time limit they get destroyed forever.

Other players can not steal items from the terminals, they are secure.

There is a limit on the number of slots. I don't remember what that limit is but you can easily test it by starting up you single-player version of the game and uploading items to a terminal in single player.

Is it the safest place? Yes, temporarily, but it's a bad idea to think of them as storage. If you can absolutely guarantee that you will be able to pull items out of the terminal every 24 hours then they will always be safe in the terminals. But if you go more than 24 hours then everything in the terminal will be destroyed. This would include the time that passes if the server is down. That 24 hour time limit is constantly ticking away, even when the severs are offline, which means that even if you are able to log in soon enough to pull your items out of storage you might get online and find out that the servers are down for maintenance, or maybe your particular server has crashed and WildCard is working on it. If that server comes back up after the 24 hour limit has passed then your stuff will be destroyed.

The bottom line is that there is no such thing as a completely safe place for your stuff in PvP, that's the intent of PvP mode in this game. The only way to keep your stuff safe is to be stronger than everyone else.
