increasing weapon damage

is there anyway I can increase weapon damage in the game ini settings?

a couple of people on my server are saying that the tek bow with metal arrows only do 2k damage crit hit and on their old server it does 11k damage, would like to increase the damage weapons do on my server but no idea how

Hello, did you find out any info on this?  I have a server with increased dino resistance and I would like the gund to do more damage.  A Fab Pistol with 555% damage only hits for 90 points of damage per shot.  This doesnt sound to bad but with increased resistance its not that efficient.

This is the page that shows all of the available server config options:

I did a quick look at it and didn't find anything that will let you modify the damage of individual weapons. But as I say it was just a quick look, you will probably want to look at it also.

The only setting that stuck out was "PlayerDamageMultiplier", but that would be for all weapons.
