Yes, if you want to start a dedicated server you would copy the game saves, tribe files and character file into the new directory where you're installing your dedicated server. Having said that, I've never owned any version of XBox ever, so I don't know what the diretory structure looks like on the Xbox or how you copy from an XBox to other locations, hopefully you know your XBox well enough to know how to do that.
