Prepaid Posted June 30, 2020 Share Posted June 30, 2020 Bosses So my buddies and I have been getting into ark recently and were all pretty much new to the game. We're starting off on The Island of course but my question is, is there any benefit to fighting the beta or alpha versions of the bosses? I'm not too sure how it works but couldn't you just fight all the gamma bosses and fight the overseer as well and then move on to scorched earth? Or does fighting the alphas aid you somehow in the next map? Alpha bosses on the island unlock tek engrams that you cannot get anywhere else (mainly structures, etc.).
