AcyanidePancake Posted October 3, 2018 Share Posted October 3, 2018 generally, i would say that it would be a good idea to join a tribe but at the same time i would say to play it solo in a local world so that you can figure out what your doing. there is a bit of a learning curve. especially if you have never played ark. but its not huge. Sometimes it is better to work solo through the lower levels, say 10 or so, then look for a tribe. Some tribes prefer to see someone who has demonstrated some ability to handle themselves first. Then again you might find a tribe that will welcome you in right off the bat and help you at every stage, especially the early stages. It also depends on what kind of server, and difficulty, you are playing on. PvP, PvE, PvX. All very different. So I guess the answer is... Ummm. It's up to you? However there are more people with more experience than me and they might have more and better input. Either way, I hope you have a blast! And watch out. There's a rex out there with your name on it.
