ArianaGaming
Hello, I had the same problem starting out on Official Ragnarok server So lay down when regenerating stamina. Water bottles in all used creatures. Custom recipes. Lastly maybe a few level into food and water. The base we had was in murder snow biome so we had fortitude as well. Try out in single player vanilla to find your best setups for chosen location. My best regards, Ariana
Orion
Don't waste level points in Food and/or Water. Leveling either of these stats will cause you to consume more Food and Water to refill your meter, and ends up not being worth it -- a prime example; a Canteen restores up to 100 Water each Charge, up to 3 Charges. Having more than 100 Water will lessen the number of times you can refill your water meter. Some tricks to not losing as much food and water; 1. If you've entirely depleted your stamina bar, lay down when you are recovering it. As long as you have no element debuffs (Warm, Hot - Cold, Freezing) you will not consume any food and/or water while you regenerate. 2. Pay attention to what you are; (Warm, Hot - Cold, Freezing). If you're Warm/Hot, actions you take such as sprinting, harvesting, jumping etc. will diminish your Water meter at a faster than normal rate. Respectively; Cold/Freezing and doing actions will result in your Food meter depleting at a faster than normal rate. 3. If you lose Health and are regenerating health, your Food meter will deplete at a faster rate. Basically, if you're constantly sprinting, jumping and harvesting/swinging but not laying down when you recover stamina, you'll need to eat and drink far more often.
