Each boss has it's own merits, it also depends on your purchasing power, no point unlocking the item if you can't use it. That said most useful bosses would be beta dragon to unlock tek transmitter and gamma rockwell to unlock sleeping pod. Message me you need tips or advice on how to prep for and do bosses.
