Hey guys, I won't have any fancy writing at this time to describe my server. Its quite customized with various mods, such as Immersive Taming and the removal of the obelisks (not the terminals) from various maps. My maps have some specific rules for each of them. Island is PVE, while the others in the cluster are Soft-PVP. Considering turning one into Hard-PVP. Let me explain what that means first. On the PVE map, you are completely safe. But you may not spam foundations everywhere as I've seen in old official. On Soft PVP maps, you may attack other players under certain circumstances in a reasonable way, but to hit a base, you must follow the war declaration rules. On a Hard PVP map, its official PVP rules. Safe zones have been placed on one map that I've been considering. The discord server also contains tribe logs for tribes larger than 2 members who have set up their relay. We are working on it though, to get at least those other two up. I am hoping to see more members before I bother putting more up at this time. Lastly, I will go ahead and list some of the rates, but I can't be too specific because its quite customized in various ways. Wild Dinos Lv200 Crates: Customized + 1.25x Quality Fishing 3x Quality Custom Recipes 1.75x Skill Multi 2.5x EXP 2x* (craft exp 0.2x, generic/harvest 0.5x, kill/special 1.5x) Weight & Crafting 1.3x Fortitude 2x Mating 0.35x (faster mating countdown) Egg & Baby 2x (faster hatch and grow) Imprint Amount 1.15x Cuddle 0.75x (cuddle more often) Cuddle Grace 10x (No loss on imprint if not cuddled fast enough) Taming Speed 2x Harvest Amount 2x* Global Decomp 2x (longer lasting dropped items) Corpse Decomp 1.25x Poop Interval 4x (less frequent messes on your floors) Hair Grow speed 0.15x (Hair takes longer to grow) A note on the asterisks; Crafting experience has 0.2x gain which means it only gives 20% experience for crafting items. Plus the 2x multiplier of overall EXP. Keep that in mind. I wanted kills and exploration to generate exp rather than crafting a wood box 200 times. Harvest amounts from players also seem much smaller than harvesting with a dino, such as the asterisk on harvest amount. These are also not all the changes, they are just the ones that you may wish to know about immediately. Other things also affect these values, such as Immersive Taming which also lets you tame faster than the 2x speed of default taming. Closer to 3x or more depending on how you do it. There are also no duplicate structures within my engram menu, I spent a long time with this trying to make everything perfect. However there is one glitch, where the stone hatchet has disappeared from the list, so it is auto learnt on level up. The first level is the hardest to reach. Hit F5 once in game to see various other information. If all of the above is ok with you, then you may join the server! Discord is highly recommended, it'll let you see when the server is shutting down or booting up. Also the IP will occasionally change due to issues with the ISP refusing to give a static IP. Hey everyone! This is a first attempt at a chill-laid back PvP experience that everybody can enjoy. We are a new server looking for a community to build up and the seasons will typically last 2-3 weeks. We want everyone of anywhere to join us and try to have a good experience playing. What is one of the most important factors for an online game? The popularity! Nobody wants to play in an empty online game, right? Well, let's start by saying that even before ASCENDED was announced, EVOLVED was already dead. ARK is a game that has population loss as a natural consequence, because half of the players that lose everything don't want to start from zero or don't have chances because it's hwrd for a new tribe to compete with the old ones. Another reason that made the game dead was the ever-increasing opening of new types of servers like SmallTribes and many others, that divided the population, making the official servers more and more dead. The novelty of the ASA announcement that excited many was the possibility of playing in complete crossplay, because the servers would be SUPER populated. But now, for fear of unbalanced games and PC cheats, Wildcard wants to create servers only for consoles and this way will divide the console community into 4 parts! Full crossplay more populated but perhaps unbalanced and with cheats or just console less populated but more "safer"? This split is the worst thing Wildcard could do. With new servers we have a great opportunity to populate the pvp community and we are wasting it. 🔸 MY ADVICE IS THIS: set the console-only servers as if they are like servers of new maps you opened on EVOLVED. That is, with partially limited transfers. - Can transfer characters from full crossplay to console crossplay; - Can transfer characters from console crossplay to full crossplay; - Can transfer items from console crossplay to full crossplay; - CAN'T transfer items from full crossplay to console crossplay. In this way, anyone that decides to build a base on consolle-only crossplay (because they are afraid of unbalanced play and PC cheats) will still be able to have bases on fully crossplay servers too and in the future will be able to transfer everything from the console-only crossplay. To do full crossplay if the cheats are indeed fixed. Console-only servers cannot be attacked by the PC but as also PC players will not be disadvantaged by this situation: why would console-only players attack PC servers if they can't bring back their loot and items? And, PC players would still have significantly better dinosaur stats than console-only players. 🔸 Another idea is to eliminate SmallTribes to encourage players to find/create large tribes in the official. Or connect also SmallTribes servers with official servers (removing the 3x and leaving only the tribe member limit). In this way, whoever attacks those servers will only be able to do so by creating tribes of 6 players. In short, it's important to build a HUGE PvP community.

Can someone tell me how the other players are getting into my smithy and vault and fabricator if I’m still in the pve zone? And I tried to lock it to see see if tht works but no they got all my stuff .. is it a cheat theyre using or what

I would like to make the suggestion for a new official server style which would be a mix of pvp and pve. I'm going to take the example of the game Conan Exiles because I played it a lot and I learned about a pve-conflict mode. For those who haven't played it I'll explain. It's a pve server but between 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. every day the server becomes partially pvp. We can kill other players, their animals, their slaves and harvest everything they had in their inventory. But the most important thing is that we cannot destroy the buildings under any circumstances. I know that a lot of people were very angry about being killed during these hours of pvp but after all they just have to go play in full pve. I would like wildcard to find a way to make a server in this style because for a person like me who cannot be full time defending my base against offline raids but who would like to be able to pvp it would be a perfect balance . I played 4K hours on average in pvp on Ark and 4K hours in pve. I love the quiet side of pve but I also like the challenge side of pvp but I hate logging in in the evening and finding my base wipe while I was at work after spending several hours building and taming my dinos. And then if people want to connect but don't want to fight for one night they can stay in the comfort of their base and those who want to pvp and just have to go hunting. What do you think?
