I own/breed slime molds such as Physarum Polycephalum So slime molds is a misnomer... They are not molds they are an amoeboid like creature. They even grow flagellas when submerged in water. They gets the name molds because the reproduce in a similar fashion as fungi (forming a mushroom like stalk which produces spore (like) vessels for the baby amoebas. These stalks are often carried off by ants which eat the stalks. Which is how I think they should be breed ants having a percentage chance to drop spores which can be grown into slime molds. Slimes are actually really intelligent despite not having any neurons. They can solve mazes by laying down a mucus which they can use chemotaxis to determine where it has been. They kind of try every possible combination of paths until they reach the end of the maze... And then rearrange itself in the most efficient way. Which is why I think they would be great for something like lock picking/ pin cracking or even disabling tek (In the 2 images above researcher in Tokyo made a petri dish map of Tokyo. The placed food at all of the subway stations. And the placed physarum Polycephalum at Tokyo station and watched it spread. The next day it had rearranged itself in a more efficient way than Tokyo's actual subway system) I also think it would be cool to see if you feed them element shards or dust or be in radiation their mucus would change and become a mutagen farm. In lab study's they've found that they do not like light heat or salt because they are mostly water and would dehydrate. However they can gain resistances to these things over time so maybe a leveling system like the moschops /theri to gain resistances (The center slime mold has learned to be resistant to the salt block Infront of it... But slimes can also share their adaptations by joining with other slimes) Another interesting feature of the slime molds is they can survive with out water for up to 2 years by creating a cyst around itself and harden on the outside til water is available is why I think it should be a shoulder pet it could act as an armor by hardening... Could act as a radiation suit (given that some microorganisms can eat radiation) or a scuba suit ( given that it can grow flagellas it could increase swim speeds) I think that it would also be cool if attacks a player it can act as hand cuffs Slime molds such as Physarum Polycephalum are also excellent hunters mostly eating plants and fungus so they could gather the various mushroom types https://youtu.be/1PIFbS-wQVE while they are not extinct slime molds have been around for 600 million years so definitely prehistoric origins (Source: https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/brainless-slime-molds/#:~:text=Compared with most organisms%2C slime,or even simple nervous systems. )

Galverpeton is a curious beast, often seen feeding off the charge light provided from glow bugs and charge nodes, these unique reptiles have made their home in the complex tree system of Aberration's blue zone. They are actually quite friendly, but earning one's trust to be your own tame requires giving it a lot of its favorite food, Charge Light. Taming method- Use charge lanterns or light pets with high charge capacity to shine on the Galvero, slowly increasing taming (faster with more sources of light). Another bar begins to fill when light is shined on it, when this bar fills up it will release an Overcharged energy wave that shuts down charge sources in the area, If the charge being used to tame it shuts off, it will rapidly lose progress after just a few seconds. Make sure to time your lantern or pet shut offs to avoid being crippled by the charge emp wave, and keep up your taming progress and you'll have your very own climbing, healing, charge disabling, and energy-spitting friend to help you on aberration! Spawns in Blue Zone, clings to tree branches or ceiling, tamed by hitting it with constant charge light while avoiding light surges that drain active light sources. Size- about trike size, longer but shorter Attacks Headbutt- harvests fungal wood and mushrooms/berries. Charge Up- Rapidly increases charge amount, siphoning charge from nearby sources and increasing speed while channeling. Rapidly heals and regens stamina when near sources of charge light while channeling. Using this skill while charging disables the charge glow, stopping seekers from aggroing and disabling other charge related abilities until activated. (Normal- charge light active, use once to activate charge up, use twice to go dark). Light Surge- Releases a wave of light around it that travels farther the more charge it currently has, the light wave blinds those affected, and deals damage to seekers, reapers, and nameless. Also overcharges things powered by batteries, disabling battery operated devices for 5 seconds. Charge Bolt- Spits out an explosive bolt of charge energy that deals triple damage to nameless and reapers. Cannot damage structures. Charge Healing- Radiates a glow that wards off nameless, attracts seekers, and consumes 10 charge energy every 0.25 seconds to heal 1hp to every ally in range, the heal increases to up to 10hp every 0.25 seconds the longer this ability is held. (Needs very high charge capacity or several light sources to drain to achieve max healing) Toggle climb- Enables or disables climbing Abilities- -Leg membranes negate fall damage and allow fast swimming -Passively charges overtime, consuming some extra food. Can charge up charge batteries in inventory. (And drain them to promote self regen when Charge Up is active) -Good mushroom harvester, has 50% weight reduction for rare mushrooms, fungal wood, and aberrant mushrooms. Also harvests double nameless venom. -Immune to radiation, cnidaria toxin, plant z stun, electrophorus, and reaper caccoon acid. -Moves faster when climbing, and can fit through small gaps about the same height as a raptor. -Has a turret mode, will heal when enemies aren't in range, will fire charge bolts when enemies are in range. Roles- Harvester, ranged combat mount, traveling mount, egg hunter, nameless hunter, healer, charge manipulator, base defender. Weaknesses- head to head combat, fast climbers, flyers, baryonyx, ranged damage, torpidity(has very low torpor), low health scaling, relies on charge light Natural predators- Basilisk, Reaper Queen, Seeker, Baryonyx, Spino, Megalo, Rockdrake, Ravagers

Gastornis velox - wall runner and mushroom enjoyer
SmileShape posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
(This isn't my drawing, I found it on wikimedia.org and will replace it with my own once its done) Gastornis velox is slighlty bigger than Terror Bird, and unlike its counterpart found on other Arks, this one is a herbivore. They just love all kinds of mushrooms, which conviniently happen to grow nearly all over Aberration. Wild members of this species aren't necessarily agressive towards survivors, but saying they're territorial is definitely not an exaggeration. But you can use that to your advantage, when trying to tame one. As a tamin mechanic, you'd need this bird to start chasing you first. After it begins running at high speed, set up a tripwire trap and make the creature trip on it. This will stun them for a moment giving you the opening to passively feed it rare mushrooms or any other kind of mushroom. Once it gets up, repeat this process until tamed. When tamed, it serves as a great companion for players who are yet to venture into the more dangerous areas of Aberration. For its size, it packs a punch and its health pool isn't too bad as well. However its speed is what really makes it stand out. It's one of the fastest creatures on all Arks. Gastornis doesn't use stamina while running and while doing so, builds up momentum. This bird can use said momentum to perform wall runs or run up semi flat walls. Performing those stunts will gradually decrease it's stamina so pay attention, you don't want to end up on the edge of a wall without stamina. Also, since momentum builds up while running, it instantly drains if the creature stops or slows down. Another ability of Gastornis that will help its tribe travel into more dangerous areas of this Ark is its relation to mushrooms. When mounted Gastornis enters an area with spores or radiation, it will attempt to eat mushrooms from its inventory to counter these effects (This ability won't work if you don't have any mushrooms of needed type). By doing so it grants the immunity to said debuff for a long time, both for itself and its rider. Other than that, this creature is good at gathering berries and excellent at gathering mushrooms. It's jumps are also comparable to that of Deinonychus.-
