Livyatan - sea predator with submarine saddle (walk in saddle)
Abaddon23 posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
The Submarin Saddle!! It is supposed to be a walk in saddle, a indoor submarine saddle as a little base an armory. the biggest saddle ever in the ARK history!! And he have also a periscope in it!! the ideas from ThatWAFFLEGuy49 My suggestion for the saddle is, as explained above, a metal saddle that encloses the riders (which can hold a similar number of players to a diplo) and provides them with oxygen, allows for missiles to be fired out of the top and into the air to hit targets on land that are targeted via an aiming system that uses the RTS system to click where the missile (which would Rocket Propelled Grenades for normal ammo or Rocket Homing Missiles if the rider just wants to set the target and forget it for continuous firing on that one particular spot). It could also have a second saddle which would be cheaper to create, but wouldn't provide oxygen to riders and would resemble a simple wooden ship on the back of the Livyatan with cannons along the sides for whale defense (just as Davy Jones intended). It would also gain a defensive buff if it is fed a Megacheleon shell fragment, an speed buff if fed a megalodon tooth, or can be enraged into an attack buff if fed a tuso tentacle. My personal suggestion for taming a Livyatan is to use harpoon guns and tranq spear bolts to lower the "rage" meter while it's trying to run away, then feeding by hand once it's been soothed (via similar minigame to the Equus, where the survivor holds onto one of its fins while it's thrashing about until it can be fed to increase the taming percentage), then working together with it to either kill whatever prey it is currently hunting (like an Amargasaurus, but easier, as there will be a prompt revealing what the Livyatan is craving at that moment) or, if you're lucky enough to have the organs it wants specifically (Megacheleon shell fragments, megalodon teeth, or Tuso tentacles) on hand, you can feed it the organs by hand for a little bit of an increased taming speed instead of hunting down the prey and killing it. Knocking it out results in the Livyatan drowning, as it still has to breach the surface at some point to refill its lungs, although it can hold its breath for an incredibly long amount of time. or a other saddle idea: Rainboy from the Fjördur Submission!! so it will be similar to the astrocetus but underwater, and its saddle will be basicly the top of a submarine. and instead of manned turret it has homing or normal torpedo(kinda like the rocker launcher ammo where it has homing and non homing.) and instead of the bombing ability it will have cruise missile. by using this ability to either will use it like the cruise missile we have in the game rn( you have to control it yourself) or it you can set a location for it to hit. and player will not drain oxygen when riding it. to balance it out. to use the cruise missiles. every shot will cost tuso tenticle(s). (similar to how magamasaur need metal ingot and astrocetus needs ambergris. ) and it is weak to mosasaurus and is very slow. and then saddle will have a enclosed prebuild room that is water free. kinda like a mixture between a platform saddle and a underwater vacuum compartment. where it will just be a empty room and you can build in it. The Submarin Saddle!! It is supposed to be a walk in saddle, a indoor submarine saddle as a little base an armory. the biggest saddle ever in the ARK history!! And he have also a periscope in it!! KapitanKibiro02 ideas from the Fjördur Submission!! Wild: This Beast is quite slow and lumbering at first, simply swimming about rather absentmindedly all throughout the sea. Seemingly aware of it's status as "The Biggest and Baddest thing in any body of water", until either a starving Mosa or Gutsy Tuso provokes it. Then it quickly goes on the offensive. Also like it's more modern relative the "Sperm Whale" it has incredibly versatile and effective Sonar Capabilities, however due to Livyatan's massive size and almost frighteningly somehow higher intelligence, it appears to have been able to weaponize it's Sonar Capabilities, giving it a highly stunning projectile, to smaller creatures (like say, a survivor looking to tame it) this may deal severe, lethal damage. But to something as big as a Mosasaur it's much more effective as a stun option, allowing Livyatan all the time in the world to swim up to it's newfound prey and bite a massive chunk out of it.Tamed: Despite it reacting to most land creatures with more curiosity than aggression, Livyatan's ability to kill a Survivor without even needing to touch it means it's safe to say that taming a creature this absolutely massive and powerful is no easy task. However once tamed this becomes an incredibly reliable companion and mobile fortress. It's Saddle being able to be built upon whilst also allowing submersive capabilities. I've seen warring tribes pit Livyatan against each other in an "epic sea battle" for rich underwater resources. Also as a way to easily destroy enemy ocean platforms, Livyatan is able to use a very very short quick burst of speed and use it's massive head as a battering ram. needless to say, if I were a pirate or someone who lived for the open seas, you could do absolutely no better than this Lethal Leviathan. In all seriousness having a creature that's meant to be like an actual massive slow ship that kinda goes at it's own momentum. Instead of just "an underwater rex" like the majority of what's in the ocean feels like. there's no variety in the oceans except for the Tuso because it has unique attacks and abilities and the Megachelon because you can permanently breath and build a base on it's back, but there's not enough space or build limit to make it into a proper "Armored Sub" and not to mention it's attacks are pathetic. having the Livyatan fill the role of a fusion of a Nuclear Sub and a Gangplank Galleon or something, as well as just naturally having good stats would completely revitalize Ocean Combat and make it much more diverse and fun for a lot of players, and would also double as a way to actively (and fairly) attack players on Ocean Platforms as well. IskOsc ideas from the Fjördur Submission!! "Wild: Livyatan Oceanusrex is the largest and most powerful aquatic animal I've ever seen on the ARK, even slightly beating the leedsichthys in sheer size and power! Because of this, they're the absolute top predator in the ocean, hunting everything from plesiosaurs to mosasaurs to even tusotuthis, which happens to be their favorite food! There's a reason they're called the King of The Ocean! Like any whale, these creatures have echolocation abilities, however livyatans use their extremely loud sounds not only as a way to navigate and communicate, but also as a stunning and deafening area attack, which it primarily uses to stop incomming attacks and creatures attempting to flee, so escaping it won't work either! Domesticated: Although tough to do, it is indeed possible to gain the trust of a livyatan. If you do manage to, then you have one of the strongest mounts possible! Not only is it strong, but it can use its echolocation as both a way to scan the area for nearby hostiles and as a supersonic attack, stunning and weakening creatures nearby. Being the natural predator of the tusotuthis, it's evolved to do especially well against them, killing them easier than almost any other creature." General description: As mentioned in the dossier, the livyatan is the new strongest water creature in ark, being strong enough to take down anything in its path in a fair 1v1. It's basically the giga of the ocean, having the same spawn rate and stuff, perhaps having a bit lower stats but making up for it with more stamina and its echolocation, which it uses both like a parasaur does and as a sonic blast that stuns, deals damage to and weakens nearby creatures. Being the king of the ocean, it will attack absolutely anything that's not either smaller than a basilosaurus or an alpha named alpha tusotuthis. Yes, they will fight and stand their ground, even sometimes killing wild alpha tusotuthis. Abilities: lmb: Bite - A basic bite, its main way to kill. rmb: Sonic Blast - The livyatan lets out a huge sound blast, stunning any enemy creatures as well as dealing damage and increasing the amount of damage they take for a short while. c; Sonar - Like the parasaurs. Turret Mode: The same as the parasaur. You can change it to other tribes/attacking creatures only, and in doing so will also change the manual sonar to do the same. Passive: Squid hunter - Livyatan deals more damage to tusotuthis and their alpha variant, as well as taking reduced damage from them and being unable to be blinded by their ink. Bos primigenius (The Spanish Dinosaur)
LagartijaHD2018 posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
1.Appearance In this part we are going to focus on the appearance. In appearance it is a bull of 3 meters and 1 wide with pointed horns quite wide and long. It will have a short and sparse fur, we must also highlight its tough skin that is capable of withstanding many bullets and bites and a variety of attacks. 2.Skills This animal has some very interesting abilities. We are going to start with the most interesting and that is that this animal is designed to destroy and how it does this, because it does so by using a charge accompanied by a goring just like a rhinoceros with which it can break wood, stone, metal and straw with its respective structures. and this is done with a system that works with your weight. The explanation for this is as follows, depending on the weight that this animal is carrying, it will do more or less damage, by this I mean that if it carries a lot of weight, it will do more damage. Another thing to note is that you can collect stone, flint, metal, wood, straw, and berries. 3.disadvantages This dinosaur will remove very little with its normal attack, unlike its eatarella attack, which will remove a lot depending on the weight it has. Another disadvantage is that when there is a load characteristic, food and energy will drop a lot. 4.Tameo This dinosaur was found in the grasslands such as Valgero, the island, lost island and scorched earth. To tame him you will have to tire him by dodging him when he attacks you with his charge then he will get tired and fall to the ground at that moment you will have to feed him berries. -
Caldwellia philyrina --> a giant house!!
Abaddon23 posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
Introducing the Caldwellia philyrina, a giant snail of epic proportions that will revolutionize the way you play Ark Survival Evolved. This colossal creature boasts an enormous shell that serves as both a mobile home and armored transport for players, offering unparalleled protection and mobility. Imagine having a nearly unstoppable fortress, with the ability to move around the map with ease! Once tamed, players can craft a mount that offers a trapdoor access into the shell, creating a fully enclosed and impenetrable armoured transport. The shell is made of a super-hardened material that is 10 times stronger than metal, making it an excellent defence against even the mightiest of Giga attacks and bleeding damage. But outside of the shell she is very vulnerable, so she can cover inside the shell. Sche is very heavy and this does not cause recoil. The large size of the Caldwellia philyrina also allows for players to craft a 2x2 foundation set inside, turning it into a veritable fortress. Imagine having a fully equipped base with crafting tables, storage chests, and even a bed for respawning, all inside the safety and comfort of the Bourou's shell (if game engine permits). Otherwise, its inventory system acts as a crafting platform and bed, allowing players to respawn back into it. It's the ultimate survival tool, with all the amenities of home at your fingertips. But the Caldwellia philyrina isn't just a "fortress on wheels", it's also a foraging powerhouse. It can forage berries ,hatch, fiber, wood, seeds, black and white perls efficiently, and over time its inventory also increases with polymer, fertelizer, cement and random types of mushrooms. With the Helix Pomatia by your side, you'll never have to worry about running low on resources again. It's like having a portable loot room, and you'll be able to gather resources more efficiently greater safety than ever before. One of the Caldwellia philyrina special traits is its ability to climb nearly any surface, including vertically scaling mountains or cliffs. Its large shell also allows it to trap lots of air, providing the player with a week-long duration of underwater seabed crawling, adding a new style of exploration for players. Imagine being able to explore the depths of the sea without the need for a diving suit, or traversing treacherous mountain ranges with ease. The Helix Pomatia opens up a whole new world of possibilities, and you'll be able to discover hidden locations and secrets that were previously unreachable for many players. But she is very slow!!!! However, her attacks are very weak, so she is not a fighting creature in that sens. But she has a big cannon on her saddle, that's her main weapon for the damage deal. However, they need ammunation that they have to carry with them. The slime she drags behinde her slows down every enemies and after a long time where they walk on there they become stuck. But the most important thing about Aberrations is of course the glow, her feelerscan glow in different beautyfull colors. This makes it perfect to tame a Reaper, as it emits light throgh the feelers and with the cannon on the shell, it does enough damage on the Reaper. You tame them by feeding them mushroom soup! -

Art: https://www.deviantart.com/baron-engel/art/Golden-Orb-Weaver-study-01-852002051 by Baron Engel Wild: Mongolarachne can easily traverse the caverns she calls home, being able to climb every wall with ease, even travelling over natural and artificial Ziplines. She can even weave her own by creating thick silk strings that can be climbed both horizontally and vertically. the females grow much large than the males. Males mainly wander the ground scavenging for food while the females build nests on the ceilings Living in the Luminous marshlands of Abberation, Mongolarachne jurassica has developed a Bioluminescent silk which she uses to weave gigantic glowing nets. these nets consist of about a dozen strings hanging from the ceiling similar to the nets of the Arachnocampa luminosa. These Nets attract a lot of creatures because of their Rythmic glow. If anything comes in contact with its strings it will immediately be stuck and the Nephila will rapidly pull the string up to devour her prey. Domesticated If a tribe manages to tame one of these spiders, they will find themselves with the most versatile mount inside the caverns of Abberation. Using her ability to shoot silk ziplines and climbing walls makes them a perfect travel mount. I’ve seen some survivors experimenting with the females venom, using it to brew some sorts of medication. This medication allegedly accelerates bloodflow, increasing ones stamina and letting wounds heal faster. Breeding Nephilas would be a difficult task, seeing as even tamed females still practice cannibalsim if they are too hungry. Beceause the female lays multiple eggs at once she gets exhausted quick, causing her to consume her mate if not kept saturated enough. Based off and realted to the Golden Orb Weaver The Nephila would have a very strong and special net (in this case instead of being golden it would glow) and has adapted to living in the glowing depths of abberation. Like in Real Life the females would be a lot larger than the males. the males would be arround araneo size while the females should be the same size as rockdrakes. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mongolarachne https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arachnocampa_luminosa Glowworm net as an inspiration for the glowing nets the nephila would produce

Hello survivers! we will show you the domination Rex! with your help we can bring it into the real game Behavior The Domination Rex attacks everyone and everything when it is maturing, even the survivor who imprinted on it. Appearance The Domination Rex is white and similar in appearance to a Rex.png Rex or Giganotosaurus.png Giganotosaurus. However, its arms are a lot larger than those of the Rex, and sport four large claws as well as being covered in rows of large osteoderms. The Domination Rex also has the ability to camoflauge. When camouflaged, the Domination Rex is visible through the dust clouds it leaves behind when moving. Although they can turn on survivors and creatures while they are growing, they are significantly easier to deal with. Every Domination Rex born is female, which mean it is incapable of having mate boost. Taming The Domination Rex cannot be found in the wild. To tame one, the survivor must engineer a Domination Rex Egg and raise the Domination Rex from biWeaponry Taking down a Domination Rex is not an easy feat. A lone survivor may find it beneficial to carry a Tek Rifle or a Tek Railgun. Since a Tek Railgun can deal heavy amounts of damage to a single creature, it is the ideal choice for killing a Domination Rex. The survivor should sufficiently distance themselves from the Domination Rex in order to ensure that the Domination Rex is not able to attack. Other weapons that can be utilized against a Domination Rex include an Assault Rifle or a Fabricated Sniper Rifle. Dangers The Domination Rex possesses a large Health pool and powerful Melee Damage, as well as camouflage and high Movement Speed.rth.General The Domination Rex is a formidable opponent in battle. An imprinted and leveled Domination Rex can prove quite dangerous, and in some situations, deadly. Its ability to camouflage similar to a Rock Drake coupled with its Movement Speed allows it to easily ambush enemies. The Domination Rex can also utilize its pin ability to instantly kill smaller creatures. Strategy The use of a leveled Giganotosaurus, a well bred Rex, or a Magmasaur may prove essential in the defeat of a Domination Rex. Using a Brachiosaurus is also a viable method, as their mega stomp attack can output large amounts of damage.

My idea for a new creature submission is the Olm i know we have diplocaulus and adding something that kinda looks like a mix of that and eels would be strange, but ark being ark this creature would be a litlle different from the real life counter part being more akin to the the creature from arcane, having a good all-terrain creature but faring better in deep sea enviroment So this animal known as olm is relatively similar to an axolots, this cave salamander is most notable for its adaptations to a life of complete darkness in its underground habitat. The olm's eyes are undeveloped, leaving it blind, while its other senses, particularly those of smell and hearing, are acutely developed. It also lacks any pigmentation in its skin. It has three toes on its forelimbs, but only two toes on its hind feet. It exhibits neoteny, retaining larval characteristics like external gills into adulthood, like some American amphibians, the axolotl and the mudpuppies Olm also has exceptional regeneration capabilities – it is even able to regrow an amputated limb So trying to not stray away from this abilities, the ark olm would be the same size as a Rock Drake so it could be ridable and look cool as heck, it would have a similar ability to parasaurs, it would also be a good oxygen supplier underwater, would regen like carchar, would create some sort of mucus that slow or depletes stamina from enemies and have a bite that either creates torpidity slowly or poisons the target depending how the player toggles it The breeding/eating patttern should be like a diplocaulus I know this creature submission looks a litlle bland compare to others but i dont draw that well and its my first post in this community XD If you think any changes can be made to the design or abillities, write in the comments, it would be great to create a creature most people tend to like and had a sugestion in the creation P.s: Also sorry if my english sucks, not my main language
