Hey guys, just a quick question: So I'm still relatively new to using the mods for Ark Ascended, and I've been playing around mostly with the creature mods. Specifically, the Ark Additions set available on console. While most of the creatures available tend to appear (some rarer than others), I'm having trouble finding others. The Deinosuchus seems to only show up in caves, which has made attempting to tame them... challenging... since attempting to catch them lounging in the water seems to aggro them, and I've only seen a couple on the surface in one specific spot near the green obelisk. Deinotherium's used to occasionally show up, but now are seemingly non-existent. I've repeatedly checked with both a Dino-Finder mod, and just exploring with the Tek Helmet activated. I've attempted multiple rampages in the areas they're supposed to spawn to clear up room, and even several wild dino wipes, but it seems to be a persistent issue. If I'm doing something wrong or there is another solution, I'd appreciate it. P.S. I'm also not sure if simply having so many creature mods is interfering with the spawn rates in general, but I thought I'd ask about that as well.

Surely this is a bug because the quality of this game is shocking, its so bad that ive had to quit the game because on a £300 monitor (4k 120hz) this game looks awful, the game like 10x worse than ark survival evolved and no matter what i try nothing will fix it, the quality is 4k (ive tried 1440p and 1080p) but nothing will fix it, the games quality is overall a mess, awful lighting (sometimes it feels non existant) grainy quality, almost like im seeing individual pixels and its just overall appauling. Ive tried everything to fix this game, hone through all the setting and changed them about to see if that will fix it but it doesnt. Ive gone through xbox settings and changed them about to see if that will fix it but nothing has. I cannot get this game to look ANY better. Pls Help or if possible fix the game (i dont know if this is just for me or for everyone) im using an xbox series S

When any one connects to my ASA Server it just shows blackscreeen with where it says "player 1" and nothing happens I tried twice on windows server 2022 and once on Debian. Same result each time. Will any new servers be released? they enter the game as a new player, almost entire maps are occupied by pillar players and there is no room left for new players.

I am hoping someone can tell me what has happened to the 'Admin Commands' on Xbox. This is not for Ark Ascended version of the game. I/we are playing Survival Evolved NOT 'Survival Ascended'. I am trying to host a dedicated server on my PC for Xbox users as I have done for years in the past and make me as well as some close friends admins. Not sure what has changed, but the admin command window does not work. When I go to the commands bar using the usually lb+rb+x+y the enter key bar says "Request Admin" rather than the usual 'Admin Commands'. So no commands work. Anybody having the same issue or know of a fix. Or know what has happen to teh command bar. thank you. p.s I am playing Survival Evolved NOT 'Survival Ascended'.

There’s hundreds. Maybe thousands of people experiencing the game not saving hours of progress. It defeats the purpose of the game. This has to be the top priority or else there’s zero point to playing this game.

A structure, such as a pillar, that when placed in a location will demarcate a square area of a certain number of foundations around that structure. Such a structure in 3 or more models, where each model will guarantee a specific square area around itself. Example: 1 - Golden Master Demarcation structure - guarantees an square area of 40x40 around it. 2 - Silver Master Demarcation structure - guarantees an square area of 25x25 around it. 3 - Bronze ... ... ... ... ... ... - guarantees an square area of 10x10 around it. That means: when this structure is placed, in that area anyone cannot place structure in that, unless you and your tribe. Maximum of 2 master demarcation structure per tribe. Inside this area, your decay time od structure will be the same we have now. Out of it, will be something like 2 days. The idea is to vanish that pillar spam.

Other Helpful info: I have a second computer than can find servers and will connect to my steam ID I tried reinstalling Ark and reinstalling steam Firewall is off Can't find Official or Unofficial servers tried a second account with access to the game and it did not work Steam can't find any server using add Favorite function Can find other games like Team Fortress Full access to internet Can't see any mods Can plan single player

1. The NEW AI Pathfinding is terrible the creatures can't follow in a straight line even when there are no obstacles in their way. 2. Boss fights the rexes refuse to stay focus on the Boss. Fighting the Broodmother and the rexes will ignore the brood to fight the small spiders. Even with whistle target the rexes seem to ignore their commands to focus on random little spiders. The AI is 10x worse than ASE I don't know why it is so bad. The AI needs serious fixing or revert to ASE atleast the boss creature did what they are told. These 2 things is a pain, this could be he difference between having a successful boss run or losing all your creatures and items because they AI is now CLUELESS. Needs serious work and retuning to get the creatures up to speed. They weren't perfect in ASE but I can't remember them being this BAD. Not even close!

Hello, when you play ASE & ASA with a controller, you have a large inner deadzone for the sticks. A deadzone is the initial distance a stick can move before being registered by the game as an input. Larger deadzones prevent stick drift, but they also prevent the player from making fine adjustments while aiming. This is why most games have a slider to adjust the deadzone or to completely disable it if the have a propely functioning gamepad. The deadzones in ASE & ASA are so large that it actually makes it much more difficult to aim at smaller dinos at a distance. And it makes the game feel clunky. Thats why i use mouse and keyboard for Ark even though i would prefer playing the game with a controller. Please add an option to adjust & remove the stick deadzones for ASA. It really bothered me since ASE but I thought it will be fixed for ASA anyway. Sadly it wasnt. If you also want more precise controller input please comment to keep it up.
