  1. Pentaceratops imperialis [Impenetrable Bulwark] Heavy Tanking Herbivore A large ceratopsian with an even larger head, Pentaceratops are quite the sight to see in the wild. Often traveling in tightly knit herds, Pentaceratops are docile to everything except the largest carnivores. Should the herd come under threat by a massive predator, they will lash out aggressively, easily being able to best their foes. When tamed, Pentaceratops serve as an excellent war mount as well as base defense, being able to form sturdy walls should a tribe come into ownership of a group of them. In combat they can employ this skill to form an impenetrable shield wall, allowing their war band to march forward free of threat from enemy guns and cannons. Defensively, these massive beasts can from extensive bulwarks to shield bases and anything their tribe so chooses. Abilities [Passive] Safety In Numbers When in a group of 3 or more, Pentaceratops receives a defense boost [Ability 1] Stance Change Pentaceratops changes stances, as the name implies. There are a total of 4 stances, Bulwark, Marching Wall, Battering Ram, and Neutral. -Neutral: Base wild stance, no stat changes. -Bulwark: Pentaceratops lowers its body to the ground, laying down with it's huge frill acting as a wall blocking incoming damage for the rider and any tames or structures behind its massive frill. While in this stance Pentaceratops cannot move and damage to the head in this stance would heal Pentaceratops and charge up its Battering Ram stance. When in this stance other Pentaceratops may "lock up", forming a very durable wall. -Marching Wall: Pentaceratops lock up in a line formation, their frills forward as they march. Damage is greatly reduced and any damage taken or dealt by Pentaceratops charges up its Battering Ram stance. -Battering Ram: Upon charging its gauge sufficiently, all Pentaceratops in the Bulwark/Marching Wall formation charge forward, entering their offensive stance. Their damage is boosted in this stance, making them a very credible threat. Pentaceratops does increased damage to structures in this stance, making it an excellent frontliner or seige beast. [Ability 2] Taunt Pentaceratops lets out a loud roar, stamping its feet on the ground and shaking its massive frill in a threat display. This taunt would function like the magmasaur, drawing aggro to Penta so it or its allies can finish them off. Attacks [Attack 1] Headbutt Slow headbutt that does heavy damage and knockback. Disabled in Bulwark mode. In Battering Ram this attack does enhanced damage to structures and constructs. [Attack 2] Light Stomp Directional light stomp, light damage and knockback. Disabled in Bulwark mode. [Attack 3] Heavy Stomp A heavy AOE stomp, does heavy damage and little knockback. Disabled in Bulwark and Marching Shield mode. In Battering Ram this attack does enhanced damage to structures and constructs. [Attack 4] Charge Only available in Battering Ram and Neutral mode. Does heavy damage and high knockback. When in Battering Ram this attack does heavy damage to structures and constructs. [Attack 5] Head Sweep Only available in Bulwark and Marching Shield mode. Does little damage and exceptional knockback. Saddles Base Saddle A normal saddle, leather and metal. Pentaceratops is ridden on a seat strapped to the side of its body, allowing the rider to see. Heavy Armor Pentaceratops’s entire front half is covered in plate armor, its horns tipped with long blades, providing exceptional protection and offensive ability. A walled platform rises above the frill, where the rider stands along with up to two other people. In addition, it also makes Pentaceratops immune to most knockback as well as completely nullifying melee damage from the front and boosting damage to structures while reducing movement speed. Also, I did my best to draw the concept art, but still, in my opinion, it is very bad. But, you can't judge any type of submission by design, but with their mechanics and Gimmicks (at least in my opinion). Of course it helps to give the viewer a picture of the creature itself so it is very important piece of the submission, that's why I did that "master piece". ------------------------‐---‐-------------- Hi! Domesticated "When domesticated, this creatures have two main uses: battling basicly any type of living being and gathering and storing important corrupted resources, and it does those things fantastically. If any survivor as at least one of them, they are prepared to face of basicly every single threat that they come up with, specially Element involved threats, like corrupted animals, doe to its roar that somehow only intimidates the heartless creatures." ------------------------‐---‐-------------- How do they communicate with the Corrupted Creatures? In the first few days of their life as an adult, they don't know how to make any type of contact with the brainless creatures, some weak and/or curious Edmontosaurus even dye trying, but the most patient ones listen to their calls and cries of the corrupted animal, and then they mysteriously associatte their noises to cries and roars to what they mean. When they learned how to communicate, the Edmontosaurus slowly approuch the corrupted creatures's packs. While doing so, they start to move their nostrils, to emit copies of noises of the bloodthirsty monsters. The creatures quickly realise that they want to be part of the group, and normaly they let them enter. How do the Edmontosaurus react with Element? Their skin absorbs Element when this substance touches it, so Tek weaponry doesn't affect this creature at all. When absorbed, it is stored in its sail. When their sail Element reservoir space is almost depleting, the Edmontosaurus start to freneticly rub its sail. While doing that, the Element starts to liquidate. After that, it regurgitates it. This Element like substance can be used as a normal Element. The regurgitation process isn't dangerous because of its special enzyme that it produces alongside of its saliva that makes the Edmontosaurus insides invulnerable to the Element effects. How do the Edmontosaurus find food and water in the Wasteland Zone? They don't. When Edmontosaurus are born, the yolk of their egg is so big, that it has nutrients for mouths before it straves to death. This creature doesn't need to live long though, since the most important actions that they need to do in its life is to grow to adulthood and then breed. But when domesticated, this cycle breaks, doe to having acess to food. ------------------------‐---‐-------------- In- Game Overall Description Size (largest specimen) Height: 3 metres or 9 ft Length: 15 metres/49 ft Weigth: 4 metric tons/4.4 short tons Taming Method: Knock-Out Torpor Drop Rate: Average Most of the creatures defend themselfs from the corrupted creatures, and some sucumb from the Element itself, while Edmontosaurus takes advantage of this alien plague. The heartless, bloodthirsty and territorial nature of this creature makes it one of the brutest creature in the Wasteland Zone, feared from almost every animal that steps on its territory. They are so aggressive that they don't even tolerate other Edmontosaurus, but, surprisingly, it helps corrupted creatures when they are hunting and in exchange they will give it protection, even though that it is more than capable of defending themselfs. When a Edmontosaurus is tamed, it stops being friendly to the corrupted creatures, and vice-versa, but still, it can communicate with them. The survivor can use that in its favour. Intimidating the corrupted bodies for a few seconds and then encourage its own creatures to deal with the mighty infected souls. And even out of the corrupted battleground, it's a force to be wrecken with. ------------------------‐---‐-------------- Abilities and Saddle Headbutt- Headbuts the foes that are in its front. Doesn't have any secondary effect. Barely affects its stamina. 0.5 second cooldown. Tail Slam- Slams it's tail in the foes that are in its back. Stuns the foe for 0.5 seconds. Drains some of its stamina. 1.5 second cooldown. Stomp- Stomps its foes with their higth limbs, dealing great damage and decreasing the attacked creature's movement speed significantly. It can also inflict little damage to Metal Structures. Drains a significant amount of stamina. 2 second cooldown. Roar- This roar not only makes the surrounding corrupted creatures attack and speed decreased, but it also gives their companions and itself a damage and speed buff while attacking a corrupted creature. The roar's effects lasts for 10 seconds. Drains a significant amount of stamina. 1 second cooldown. The roar effects can't be stacked. Double Element Jet (Saddle Exclusive)- If attacked by a Tek/Element 10 times or after giving it 5 Element to feed, it will be able to activate a Double Element Jet, that can be activated whenever the player pleases, but if used, it needs to do be attacked or feed again. 15 seconds cooldown. Harvests Corrupted Nodule, Corrupt Heart, Element, Element Dust, Element Ore, Element Shard, Fungal Wood, Wood Thatch and Fiber pretty well Corrupted Nodule, Corrupt Heart, Element, Element Dust, Element Ore, Element Shard and Fungal Wood suffer a 50% weigth reduction when they are in its inventory. Corrupt Nodule spoils 2x times slower than being in another creature's inventory. When it's corpse is harvested, it gives Meat, Prime Meat, Hide and when killed it drops an exclusive item, Edmontosaurus Crest. If this item is in the players last slot, wild Edmontosaurus agro range is decreased drasticly. Immune to any Tek/Element related damage If attacked by a Tek/Element 10 times or after giving it 5 Element in theire inventory, it starts to rub its sail in the ground, making it vulnerable to attacks, being impossible to mount and attack. After that, it runs another animation of it regurgitating a Element like substance that can be colected, working as a normal Element.   3. Postosuchus (The World Eater) There was a new Apex Predator spotted in the Wasteland. One that was worse than all I ever encountered. The waste is filled with corruption, but this seems not to matter to a Monster that devouers all that stand in it's sight. I am talking about a Postosuchus and let me tell you, you don't want it to see you first. I only ever spotted one, which I am quite thankful for, because this beasts has grown quite large rivaling Allosaurus in length. And it seems their appetite has grown endlessly. The Postosuchus will attack and eat everything it sees as if it was driven mad. These beasts don't seem to care how large or dangerous their next meal is, almost like they don't have the leeway to care? Something as strong as a Postosuchus is highly sought after by tribes that want to go to war. But could a creature that has lost it's sanity really be tamed? Well, someone who could archieve this feat would have a force to be reckoned with on their side but also a massive jaw that needs to be kept fed. Wild: Constantly on the look out for the next meal a Postosuchus will not shy away from attacking whatever comes near it. These beasts seem to always have a "Growling Belly". Abilities: Rapidly looses food, even faster when it gets attacked. But while in the range of a feeding through they will lose food slower because they don't have to be on edge constantly. They may even lay down and start to drowse which reduces their energy consumption and therefore their food consumption even more (Can also be told to rest). Their saddle has a feeding trough function that can be toggled to enable a food consumption reduction for the Postosuchus. There will be 3 Tiers of saddles, a Primitive one which will reduce food consumption by about 20%, a Metal saddle that will reduce food consumption by 50%, and a Tek version which will reduce the food consumption to about the normal rate of other creatures. As it constantly is looking for food it smells creatures nearby. It will always look in the direction of the largest (highest dragweight) creature nearby but it can be told to look out for specific creatures too. Their normal bite (left click) grants them health regeneration and gathers resources (increased gathering rate of Corrupted Nodules). Whilst their secondary bite (right click) lets them feast on a corpse to regain food (as a flat value, depending on the drag weight of the corpse) though gathering far less resources as the Postosuchus is eating most of them. If they use their secondary attack on a living target it applies the "Flesh Wound" effect. A creature that has the "Flesh Wound" effect and is below 50% HP causes all Carnivores that attack it to recover HP depending on their attack damage and the dragweight of the afflicted creature. It has a terrifiying loud Roar (c key) that let's them stun smaller Creatures (low dragweight) and scares Creatures with the "Flesh Wound" effect that are under 50% of their HP. If a Creature that is affected by the effect of this roar is attacked the health regenerating effects of the Postosuchus attacks are increased. With it's thick skin it is highly resistant to most bleeding effects. Because it's only motivation is to feed it fears no roar how mighty it may be. And as it cares little about hurting itself to get to prey, even beartraps cannot stop it. The Postosuchus will gain momentum when it charges and with sufficient speed will damage and even stun the largest creatures and up to metal structures if it runs into them though it will receive recoil damage if it runs into something heavy. Hunger/Starvation Mechanic (It gets more savage as it gets hungrier) 100 - 75% food --> -10% dmg, -20% movement speed (Full Bellie effect) 74 - 50% food --> normal stats 49 - 25% food --> 25% more dmg, 5% resistance and 25% higher movement speed (Growling Belly effect) 24 - 1% food --> 50% more dmg, 10% resistance and 50% higher movement speed (Starving Madness effect) <1% food --> 100% more dmg, 20% resistance and 100% higher movement speed, but will rapidly lose health (Savage Frenzy effect) When it's Health falls below 15% whislt starving it will throw off it's rider and attack anything nearby whether friend or foe. Though loosing health rapidly while starving its a big pay off to keep him as close to starvation as to prey to kill in a pinch. Taming: One first needs to calm the mad hunger of a Postosuchus by letting it feast on enough corpses (you have to kill them for them to count) until it has the "Full Bellie" effect. Once the Postosuchus has regained it's sanity it will react calmer. You then have to drag corpses near to gain it's trust, but it will not attack you! When you feed it enough it may even let you ride it but if you try to hop on too early it will kick you off and lose taming progress and affinity. Once it let's you ride it, it will start to lose hunger and you have to keep it from reaching the "Growling Bellie" effect. If it does however it will kick you off and go on a rampage again, so you have to calm it once more. When you're on it: Just keep munching! Eat corpses with right click to regain food depending on the dragweight of the corpse. And soon you'll have your hands full keeping it from starving and eating you in your base!

They live solitary lives and are very territorial , attacking any creature it sees . Tamed : If you manage to tame one of these titans you're in luck , because you just befriended a "flying tank" . That can cause great damage and pick up creatures as large as an Amargosaurus . Note , if it senses that is in danger it will retaliate . If you manage to make a saddle for it , you managed to turn a flying tank into a bomber . Tame : Feed it tamed creatures Ridable : Without a saddle Saddle : unlocked at level 95 (allows you to drop bombs bellow you)
  5. Survivor, everyone! Don't you want a dinosaur that is cool and good at collecting fibers, and on top of that, a reliable dinosaur? So, I propose the dinosaur "Fukuivenator" excavated in Japan. This dinosaur inhabits Japan from 127 million years to 115 million years ago, and is now considered to be a member of the primitive Therizinosaur. It seems that it was more carnivorous than Therizinosaur. In reality, the total length is said to be about 2.4m, but if it is added to ARK, I think a bigger one is better. wild Fukuivenator mainly appears in sanctutuary and underground forests, but it may also appear in snowy mountain domes. They are covered in feathers like Yutyrannus and are very fluffy! They are the same size as Therizinosaur, but they are faster on foot than Therizinosaur. Fukuivenator is violent, but it does not attack aggressively like other carnivores. However, it attacks from farther than therizinosaur. However, by equipping Gilly equipment, you can get close to them without being noticed. However, if you touch it, you will be noticed. In addition, you will be attacked by REX and Yutyrannus, but you will invalidate the roar of fear by Yutyrannus and get the same effect as the benefits of the roar of your ally Yutyrannus. Taming Fukuivenator can be tamed by making it coma. Space Bar : Bite You can collect a lot of Thatches, Hides, berries and Pelts. In addition, the shock wave can stun organisms below the Jutaraptor for 8 seconds. Species: Shantungasaurus Giganteus Time: Late Cretaceous Temperate: Aggressive Diet: Herbivore This large hadrosaur has been posted in many other votes as a enormous fighting machine of which i haven't completely changed but have adapted to the center and for a more fitting dino for ark survival ascended. Although this beast is heavy and larger than a rex in almost every way and there for making it atleast on par with the mighty tyrant king. My plan for this creature may not quite be completely realistic but why should it be? it's Ark! The Shant is the largest hadrosaur -or what we know- and was rather aggressive so it'd attack you on sight (similar agro range to a diplo). It only attacks carnivores smaller than it . The hadrosaur attacks by charging on it back legs to stomp or just running after you -the later being more common- . The aggressive hadrosaur would only fight a rex or allo (even with players on) when they attack first due to it not being hyper aggressive as it wouldn't be any sort realistic or related to the somewhat tempered behavior. STATS LVL 1 HP: 1600 STAM: 500 WIEGHT: 1500 FOOD: 3000 OXYGEN: 300 SPEED: 100 (on part with an allo) water speed= (on part with a baryonyx) DAMAGE: BITE (LEFT CLICK) : 35 TAIL HIT (RIGHT CLICK) :40 STOMP (CTRL TO GO ON HIND LEGS AND RIGHT C TO STOMP) : 90 TAMING This beast is not a normal knockout tame as you need to place a wall and make it charge at you , once it is near the wall make a tight turn and it'll skid into the wall making it dizzy and dealing torpor. If it does the stomp attack it can break your walls so you'll have to shoot it's legs making it fall into quadrupedal stance. Once KO'ed you can feed it berries , veg or kibble which it prefers exceptional kibble. ABILITIES The Shant is a very large creature so you can upgrade it's saddle by adding a attachment which places a box onto it's back which can be upgraded from thatch to wood or stone or metal. Upon this is the way it travels around as you can attach any large turret or ballista/catapult and the ballista can shoot the new carbon fiber grappling hook which can help it climb up steep surfaces. Although I'm a terrible drawer and can barely draw a stickman arm I have found some images which could help present what I'm saying (none are mine) Standing up stance and quadrupedal This is what a ballista on it would look like ADDED NOTES Saddle alone=5 armor 1x Thatch hut on top=15 armor 3x wood hut on top=20 armor 4x Stone hut on top=25 armor 5x Metal hut on top=30 armor 6x in drop you can find saddles which go up to 1/7 of max armor but when you upgrade it is multiplied by either 1 , 3 , 4 , 5 or 6x dependent on the saddle material In conclusion I believe this would be a great addition for the center and it'd be another option for the boss fight and it'd be another somewhat possible "meta" creature so people would actually go one the center for this hyper herbivore.   7. Description: This dino is nearly or as big as a Quetzal. The Hatzegopteryx can dive at the speed of a Snow Owl. Saddle: The Hatzegopteryx can have a saddle that has a bomber (Controlled by the person flying this beast) and a ball turret gunner (A saddle that can have 2 passengers for this to work). The ball turret can take advanced rifle bullets and the Bombs can be out of grenades. The bombs can only be used while diving and the ball turret can only be used while flying. Abilities: It can carry up to a stego (because of the ball turret). It has an attack that pierces up to a medium dino doing something similar to stego. The Hatzegopteryx has an attack when it swing it's head around and does knockback and of course a normal peck attack doing similar damage to a rex. It cannot use the attack when it swings around its head when flying. Aggressive Taming: The taming will not be traditional. You need to sneak up on it with meat or kibble (Takes extraordinary kibble) and feed it and try not to die because if it notices you it will pick you up and drop you (You probably need more than just Gillie). Domesticated: You can use the gunship saddle because you've tamed it but now you have a powerhouse of a creature to use. Other: The creature cannot be taken into a boss fight and of course, cannot be taken into a cave. The ball turret will be placed under the center of the dino and the Bombs will be dropped from the back of the dino. The saddle will be very expensive. Cannot be netted. When a survivors are out and about they should watch out when they got to get a drink because the quinkana acts fast if a prey is in water where it is more adventageous. But always beware of your surroundings because it can also half bury itself in sand to ambush any passing prey too. Domesticated: When it is tamed it can be a usefull asset for any survivor trying to get some meat with it's weight reduction on meat to be able to carry more , plus it's armor percing teeth that can rip armor to pieces in just a couple of bites. It can be a great defense dino for your base if surrounded by water.
