I'm very surprised with Wildcard basically discarding all it's pre-release players, adding basically all of scorched earth to the new ragnarok map that comes with the game, and any of us how bought scorched earth before the game was released will still have to pay full price for the season pass for this and all other expansion, which I doubt This expansion will be primitive plus compatible since on full release, scorched earth still isn't... Looks like a really cool map, but in my experience no ark expansion is worth the 20$ starting price to me or any of us in our crew who have been playing ark for over two years. Should've waited till SE went 50% off. Probably will do that for Aberration..

Yes, they always are with any beta/alpha on release day. However normally testers will receive something special for their character, not sure if wildcard will do that, but I'm pretty positive the servers will be wiped.

So if we already own three copies of the game, and have since December 2015, as well as three copies of scorched earth.. can we upgrade to the collectors addition? We all want one, but don't see a point in owning six copies of ark...

Really doesn't feel like early access is a bonus rather than we should have waited for Scorched Earth to go on sale, cause it still doesn't have primitive.. Interesting..

Also I read on the Ark forms that both the addition to the center and primitive +/scorched earth compatability will be here by September so fingers crossed on that one

This seems like false advertising and a little disappointing that right below the announcement of the release of scorched earth, the announce the primitive + and how it is compatible for all official ark maps. It is rather odd to me that scorched earth is not compatible with primitive yet so I did some research and found two different things on this matter. First was Jeremy talking about a balance check and another about how Cedric still need to text and make sure you can survive with such primitive stuff. Now although I do understand I don't see why they can't release it now since we can use the pre game menu to adjust just about every stat in the game or add some kind of a mud hut you can build to protect you or something. There are ways they could release it to the public now because so many comments I've read, people have refunded the game do to it not being available in primitive. Personally I really enjoyed the dessert and can't wait to play it primitively

The most recent ETA is the 10th, today, but the creator's of Ark found some last minute bugs they need to fix before they go live. On Twitter they announced it will take a few days, but that was actually posted yesterday on the 9th. So my guess is the 12th or 13th, but they did say they want it out by this weekend so here's hoping! Hope this helped
