We LOVE your game, thousands upon thousands of hours poured into it shows this, and you simply stomp on our faces with your generic response. These responses are exactly why HOD made the video instead of reporting it through the "proper" channels. Please take this opportunity to actually make a change, this outrage must have reached the eyes of your shareholders, this must be fixed or your game will die for real this time. Nobody is ever going to purchase any games from WC or Snail Games if this is not handled properly. Any situation is redeemable if you are humble about it. Just look at the love Hello Games has now, even after their disastrous launch No Man's Sky had.
