  10. Pikachu Build Updated

The ear had to go downward due to the height limit that is impossible to bypass currently.
The shaping was actually really hard to get it to be close due to the odd wall : floor dimension ratios
I think he came out adorable though.

  11. Wolf Angelus - Wolf-Shock! - Massive ARKitect & Adventure Build Updated

Intended to be viewed in video form!  I am extremely excited to share this as it is quite different from anything ever presented and what I hope to be the most awesome thing ever seen. My goal was to design something that would be considered "unbeatable" across the board in Fun, Design, Detail, Visual Appeal, and Atmospheric. I absolutely love how this came out (minus not being able to add my other 2 segments as the server performance was dieing trying to load it all). I hope everyone has an extremely great time watching this!
Inspired by Bioshock! It is a long video but every moment is very worth it, the night component is as important as day to get the full impact and detail, so towards the end when I go back to do the portion, you would be missing out (Night looks more epic than day to me always)! The first whole segment should be super familiar to Bioshock fans. Everything after that is based on my own imagination with the park inspired loosely off Bioshock infinite. The Residential zone it was impossible to pick between the 2 colors so I went with a fun light vs dark theme. All metal is painted orange to give that perfect copper look and tie everything together. Overall I wanted a horror feel for the first component, and modern steampunk for the rest.
I have laid it out as an adventure tour just like if you were going from zone to zone in a video game, so for that reason, just viewing screenshots isn't enough. Screenshots are meant to be viewed  after  watching the video.  The screenshots do use higher shadow settings and the chandeliers in the Manor are on since these had to be cut down to not completely crash out. Also they don't cover nearly all the content, especially the underwater area. A few screenshots aren't the same as video since I did a few improvements after taking them.
This is by far my best work and designed to be the most massive build ever presented. I used well over 20,000+ pieces and it consists of what would easily be enough content for 3 individual entries as standalone ARKitect work. It took close to 115 hours to put all this together. The server itself was struggling at 94% CPU when nearby and it consumes about 11GB of RAM in low memory mode just to be near it. I had intended to add a further 2 segments but a server simply can't handle it.
There are 30 useable 2-3 story houses and 14 shops, of which I have decorated the largest house and shop to show the design styles. The rest would ultimately be filled in the same style, but with less.

  17. Wolf Angelus - Wolf's Mayan Adventure Tour Updated

My first of a series of Scenic Themed Builds :3
Please view the video for the intended experience. Screenshots are supplementary material only to view some still shots at ultra quality as making a video in those settings is impossible! You will miss extremely large amounts of content (especially the maze) without the video as I only took a few.

  21. Wolf Angelus - Sea Port Fantasy! Updated

**Upon editing images for upload size, I am thinking that the ultra texture setting somehow didn't load since the image sizes were that of high settings. Some of the terrain and a few objects didn't even load at all from what It looks like. A few of these screenshots may have the battlements (square tops on castle components) have an untextured look too, seems that they were having trouble too. Either an odd glitch or my PC really did reach its limit when trying to use high shadow + ultra textures.**
I absolutely love this build! It captures sooooo much of what I love from theme, style, to the atmosphere combined with great music. It also heavily incorporates dino's and tops it all off with a celebration ending. My 2nd best and largest build and I think it really pays tribute to all elements of ARK. Also any excuse to ride my wolfs, I have this habit of spamming the right button for the howl while riding because it is so fun and cute.
I went back to one of my signature techniques which is a heavy use of coloring and used it to create a comic style Sea Port RP Fantasy theme. This is also what I had hoped to have fit the large ship into that I made way back in October 2015 if the game didn't have limitations.
The coloring is inspired by Orgrimmar from World of Warcraft represented by the black/brick coloring of the lower market area and Stormwind by the blue/white for the middle area.
The black/purple are my favorite colors and also represent the dragon in ARK so it has a dark theme. All the coloring took a huge amount of time, over 11 hours getting all the coloring set, changes etc.
The torch work was also a critical component as it highlights everything, is a detail in itself, is a critical component in the comic style theme, and more than anything, it is crucial to the fantasy theme of a sea port. There are 600+ torches/braziers which took 8 hours of setup time, and an additional 90 minutes just to light them all up.
The military area and castle region represent the defenses of a fortress style sea port and intended to serve as a base for the large dino's who have access from 2 entry points thanks to some protective fencing on the ramps.
The outside towers in the ocean can house aqua dino's or they can settle in the inner area where no wild dino's spawn.
The parking area in the market area serves its function for all the small dino's so the build is a completely functional base while offering a unique and fun theme.
The last minute or 2 of the video was the perfect chance to do what I did since it fit the theme and perfect for Canada/Independence day. I have captured several images for this gallery to simulate roughly what is viewed in the video.
In case it wasn't clear, the Argent represents the american eagle and he is colored the US flag colors making it a special salute to independence day which is when this video was made.
Unfortunately I seem to have placed so much that even with 16GB of RAM my PC was pushed to the limit, so the video isn't as super in terms of quality as I had hoped
    Mods used:
    Kronos Trade Center
    Kilrath's Conquer the Ocean
    Advanced Architecture
    Aku Shima RWT
    Pub Mod
    Angled Railing
Fireworks Box - This is how the fireworks were set off way in the distance using the remote keypad. An old mod and requires admin to spawn the box due to obvious reasons of grief

  23. Wolf Angelus - Reign of Vlad Tepes Updated

***NOTE: A couple images labeled "Guide#" in here are early stage layouts that show how I build and what effects it has and I will be using for a guide. They are and are not representations of the final build, namely "Guide5"***
This build rivals or exceeds my previous largest and most detailed build.
    Tepes is pronounced Teh-pesh
    Theme:
This build is heavily architecture oriented and inspired by the Prince of Darkness. All pillar work is intentionally designed minus like 5 pieces that stick through a few spots. Basically, the theme is a Dark Fantasy based off of a Gothic / Dracula fusion, re-imagined for ARK and incorporating all the necessities from crafting to housing a reasonably sized dino army. The roof doubles up as basic but usable housing to support an entire village with enough space for all your crafting or living needs. There are a few rather dark concepts to keep in tune with the theme. Some of it is based on truth, and a good amount on games & movies.
    Build Info and key features:
    -70 hours + 15 hours for blueprints & planning + 3 hours for write-up, screenshots and editing.
-Piece count: 25,000+  - Basically a truck load of pillars, fencing (which doesn't snap to what I used), and truck loads of stone walls and stone floor.
-The roofing idea was based off an older times theme. The multiple sets of ramps add thickness basically and highlighted with black detail to make them stand out
-This was the most challenging build I have done (technical issues completely aside)
-Most advanced and architecture oriented build I have done. This really push my ability and creativity
-Most of this is done with pieces in the core game. The detail came from mods.
-Windows are from metal cage mod using doors
-Built with full functionality in mind for any and all needs of the game! Small dino's have full access to almost all of the base and a large housing area. Large ones have a useable section too all designed to fit the theme. Aerial dino's can safely park on the roof
-The entire roof doubles up as a "village" along with serving its architectural component
-The perfect pillar placement (not sticking through top or bottom) comes from using Aku Shima RWT ceilings, snapping the pillar into them and then placing the stone ceiling at the correct angle to sit on top which is pretty easy.
-The technical issues are no exaggeration. I had well over 20 crashes throughout, many times locking my PC with black screen or even uninstalling my video driver. The result was beyond worth it though.

Colors: Black walls and ceiling, Slate floor, Red floor carpet, White pillars (the difference isn't massive vs default, but definitely noticeable as a whole), Black highlights on roof ramps.
    My comments on this build:
The end result is just beyond amazing. I was hesitant with the theme for quite a while because of how few parts are available to create theme and mood. It wasn't till the pillars, roofing, fencing and colors that I got some confidence. The torches and chandeliers though just made it perfect and exactly what I was envisioning. Other than the performance drop which in turn also removed 2.5 large elements, this build is my most favorite out of everything I have made.
The fire, fog effects, coloring and the specific set of decor amazed me. The effect of using lighting to turn the fog red just looked super creepy. I could go on and on about this build, it just really excites me that something like this is possible.
I love to design in terms of pretty much anything (scenery, building, fashion, decor, etc), so the performance drops and limitation are heartbreaking when I put such dedication in, especially this because the vampires, gothic and horror concept are my thing that make up my favorite genre's along with zombies. (I also finally got myself a set of gothic punk style clothing ^.^ Thanks Wildcard :3 )
Overall the most intense, challenging, exciting, frustrating, but also the most rewarding build I have done! It is amazing what can be accomplished in ARK and hopefully with heavy optimization down the road (especially for torches, lights, and most notably, the memory usage) and more building pieces please! :3
    Mods Used:
-Mysterious Mysteries (The primary mod for almost all non-core pieces such as fog, fences, statues, graves, shelves, dark chests)
-Building Xtras (Primarily for the crosses, those fire states around the outside, and a few grave bits, curtain in the command room)
-Advanced Architecture (Chandeliers, Large Bed, Brown Chests, Chairs - the chairs are lovely and work with the default tables so I recommend these)
-Metal Cages - (For the "windows" and prison content. They really make epic windows even though they are doors actually. The file size is super small so it is a great choice without impacting performance for some alternative pieces)
-Stairs Mod with Rounded Walls  (Stairs)
-Angled Railings (The railings for steps)
-Water Fountain (The "fountain of blood")
-Aku Shima RWT (few pieces in bedroom but I actually used the ceilings from this mod to place perfect pillars by snapping pillars into the ceiling, then placing a stone floor at an angle on top so it sits on top and removes the placeholder ceiling ). Kind of a creative way and unintended benefit of this mod :3
I also wanted to list my PC specs once for informational purposes so people get a sense of what I am running since it is not a weak PC or even of average grade I'd say. It runs everything just else just fine:
Video Card - GTX 960 2GB (most common video card and best performance:cost ratio)
CPU - I5-3570 overclocked to 4 GHz (I5 is all that is needed, I7 is only necessary for people who do a lot of video processing and editing)
RAM - 16GB Patriot Viper (Upgraded from 8 just for ARK and it still isn't satisfied :< no other game uses this much!)
-Settings are mostly high with medium shadows, some stuff turned off like sky
-Game was run in Low Memory 4GB mode. I am not how this works since I very cleared watched the memory rise from 13GB at startup to 15 then crash.
