Hello again Jen just like to enquire about the level cap on xbox one only being 94 can i ask why such a weird number when on pc i have watched people that are level 200 and above can we get a new level cap say even 100 would be great.

Hi Jen.  You were the only one to give me a reliable answer in the past so I wanted to come to you.  My base is in the south just a little west of the rock island. Whenever I take my Quetz north to try to go to the volcano area, as soon as I hit the swamp area I get a black screen and it goes directly to the Xbox home screen.  Any ideas?   Thank you

Jen I recently bought Ark for my xbox it's taking forever to load more like it's not loading first it takes you to the normal things to get in I wait 5 minutes and then it takes me to the sever page and keeps going to 'Joining sever' I waited an hour I was really excited to get this game so could you please help me on this issue.

Jen, is it possible to look at having Question threads "viewed by date" as the default setting and not "viewed by rating" on the forum? Or maybe there's a way to get upvoted posts moved up and downvoted posts stay where they are? I know the rating system is designed to send the best reply to the top but right now it just means controversial or trolling posts appear and act as if they are the latest post in the thread. Then they get replied to every few days meaning a kind of endless cycle. This thread is a perfect example of a steady stream of people always "biting" to the lowest rated answer every few hours since it appears as the last thing posted even though it is approaching a week old.

I purchased Ark on steam, but the framerate is very slow and I can't fix it.  I would like to return the game an get a refund.  Who do I contact?

why did the tamed Dino's have to be nerfed that far it is a joke great way to destroy a game before true release.fix it please before people never play the game again. How can you reduce the damage by 800% on my bronto and say it is to be fair or some garbage

Thanks heaps Jen for yours and QA's help today with my issue! Really appreciate the effort that has gone into Ark and the devs standing beside their game and fixing things as they crop up. Understand the workload must be intense trying to keep everyone happy but you all are doing an amazing job none the less. Ps I've kept your character id tag as a souvenir  hehe

Hi Jen,congrats on constructing an awesome game ! Just a question RE: SotF are there any plans for oceania servers? I am In australia and when my clan mates and I play SotF there are only NA and EU servers available and the latency definitely puts us at a disadvantage when playing IE wanting to raise spear to throw sometimes doesnt happen etc sorry not wanting to sound negative I love the game and have 2000 hrs up on our vanilla server .Kind Regards Tazzy

Sorry to bother you directly but I am really trying to get an answer fast. I am having an issue that I work long hours right now, and I am hosting, running, advertising, and an admin for an unofficial server. I'm trying to achieve synchronization with the Ark:Survival Evolved updates, I'm wondering is it always going to update midnight eastern time, or will that flucuate? Also will it be absolutely every two days? My concern for the dates is I would hate to have my server restart, and kick players, if there will be no update. The more accurate the better, because then I can post it on my steam forum and survivetheark.com forum, as well as display it in my message of the day. I appreciate the help, I love this game and want others to love it too so it keeps growing!

about the xbox bug with the emotes you asked how to recreate it. me and my tribe tested it for a hr it the friendly lower hands seem to not do the action then locks you in

Any word on when server 123 on xboxone will be fixed
