    Maybe we can play on the island in the dark/fog/rain with an owl. I just go to another map when that crap happens. Which is every time it’s night time basically.

    Along with cliff platforms, fix the tree platforms too. Same issue. Some jack wagon just put one right on top of a teleporter I have down. So I can’t add to my structure now.

    When do the yellows start showing up with some frequency? Plenty of the common white/Black/Browns, but I’ve seen less than a handful of yellow. And we’ve killed well over a thousand rexes trying to spawn in tek rexes (no yellow rexes yet).

    So far, two annoying things. 1. These colors are crap. Most are wild colors already that I can breed together 2. I’ve found zero tek rexes on the island and it seems regular rex spawns are considerably lower IMO. Still disappointed that this countdown was for an event and not the release date for extinction too. But I’m afraid extinction is going to be too similar to aberration at this point, and those servers are completely... extinct

    Best of luck enforcing the informal alliances. That’ll be the death of the small tribe servers. They’ll shut everyone out and you’ll see 30-36 people on at all times that are one mega tribe.

    Didn’t stop those people from spawn blocking. They probably read the crunch and went to town making structures like everyone else that read it. We will be dropping structures like crazy as soon as the new decision comes out to do everything we can to maintain spawns and keep our base from being clogged up with new tribes that want to build right by us. There’s plenty of land outside our pillars (just a radius of our base because it’s big enough). They can build there.

    Sounds like it. Or some ridiculous pillar mess that causes more lag and unintended consequences. But I’m hopeful the master race PC crew will not suffer too much from this so the console players can see this change quickly. Our SE server literally has over 10000 pillars covering the blue ob and desert towards green.

    The special perk is 2x taming/Harvest/xp which we haven’t seen in several weeks, making it a “special perk” now that they don’t offer a weekly event.

    Folks on legacy know the day is coming that you’ll be fully wiped. Why continue to hang onto this? Start over or quit when you get wiped. The player base on legacy continues to dwindle, meaning less and less player interactions anyways.

    I’ve done gigas the last month - oddly on the weekends of no 2x. Gigas are fine if you prepare. The part I dislike is meat runs because Wildcard thinks less meat makes it harder because it takes longer to collect. They continue to nerf meat collection silently. That’s what I dislike.

    Considerable drop off since the evo events have started to “vary”. If only someone from Wildcard could decipher what this means. Anyone have an annie Oakley decoder ring handy?

    Wrong. The full release game rates are 1x. That’s the baseline. Any reference to prior adjustments during early access is irrelevant because it wasn’t released. So 2x evo Events are 2x of the base rate. Just because many people played EA, it doesn’t mean you can Consider current rates as “boosted”. They aren’t. They are 1x.

    Yet they host valentines, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas. Where is my Ramadan holiday! What about Earth day? Summer solstice? Cant pick and choose. I’m not saying a Mother’s Day event was appropriate. But coinciding cooking with the same weekend when you’ve never done anything like that before is in poor taste - perceived or real.
