OK I have a server its called the Lemonsl1pnSl1de, It is PVE, It has a full rules, like no building near other tribes, no swearing in chat, because had trouble with some of that stuff, It is up from 10ish in the morning to midnight, ( I cant run it all the time because of our crappy internet provider) So I have a few concerns and a few questions and need help on this server because for one, I have done this for 3 months( or more) and I suck at it  

 It is really hard to run a server and run a tribe, I spend too much time on my server. I only have myself and a couple that play on it. I have trouble running the dang thing, for one, I am not a very trusting person,(burned too many times to count) I always get the dash and grab people or get the build crap on the server and do not clean up after themselves then leave people.

 I would rather have good people who like the PVE part of the game to be on my server, So I am asking this. how the heck do you get people to join your server without all the trash that comes in just to build and leave? How the heck can you get them to stay when your server crashes sixteen times a day? I have tried not to use my admin codes because of the crashes but that doesn't work either, the emptiness of the server, well it gets pretty boring, I mean I have 3 touchy people on my server who do not trust anyone! (Me included) We have been screwed over more times than we can count. It seems funny to the ones who like the raiding part and the killing part tro make fun of my admins and start crap with me so I am very leary of letting people in but I need people( So I am screwed) . I am up to my eyeballs trying to make this server right and I keep messing up. I need some advice for running a good PVE server. What kind of rules to set up, how to make it fun so people stay, How to calm the rest of the shell shocked people who do not trust anyone because of the PVP servers. HOW do i tell them I am doing the best I can do when it just isnt working the way it should? I had big dreams for my server, a community center where you could trade and have something to eat( it got raided and broken into made the mistake of PvP Pve) (wont do that again) So it made me feel violated, I was trying to be nice,. but it was just too darn funny to piss off the admin and run away with the hard work I put into the game,. I play to build. Is there anyone out there who does the same as I do, or is it just raiding and fighting? If so, it wouldnt be too fun.. really. I really didnt think people would be such well....
