  1. the steam forum is pretty much filled with people complaining about CTD problems. ive experienced it on avg every 10 minutes. general consensus is that its a programming issue/ mem leak. decently game breaking for all players, so were hoping WC fix it as a prioirity...
  2. i think its a good thing. taming is a big part of ark, and necessary if you wanna do bosses etc. i love that theres a new way of doing it now. suits multiple playstyles. i always found it a PITA to find, trap and manually tame creatures. having to make traps etc was especially annoying at times. now theres a new way of doing it which means i can play the game in a way that suits me better. i love it. i guess if you prefer the old way then carry on doing that too ?
  3. yup im getting this crash over and over again, usually every 5 to 10 minutes. playing on SP so dont think its a server thing necessarily. if it helps, im monitoring my system useage and just at the point of a crash, the GPU slams up to 100% before killing the game. for reference i was just stood in a hut, not looking at water to a big vista or anything. memory leak maybe?
  4. I feel like this is a bit of an obvious one, but would add so much to the game. So currently, predators just wander around eating anything and everything constantly. Herbies just wander around pooping and waiting to die. It would be cool if creatures had schedules of sorts, like a time when they sleep, a time when they eat or drink, hunt, or try to mate. Predators would only eat when hungry, herbies would actively avoid hunters when they sense them, and they would all have nests and territories. Maybe herbies would travel in herds, etc. Probably just the biologist in me speaking, but i feel like it would add a lot more to the game. Yeah, it'll have performance costs, but equally on 1.0 setting, there are faaar to many dinos anyway. Half it , or even less, to make it more realistic, and it should help maybe?
