Okay, I do think it is somewhat of a good idea that everyone has to do a certain number of missions to at least do the Gamma Boss. Really I do.
What I do NOT like is the fact that there are incredibly hard missions in the Gamma run that all the tribe mates need to do to get to the boss. Not everyone wants to do all the missions, I've see that over and over. Like for example on Gen1 I was a lot of the times the one that had to grind to get to the boss, otherwise the others would not even consider since even some of the gamma missions are so frikken hard.
Life support is too hard on gamma for a lot of casual players. Starwing Strike is waaay too hard for a lot of casual players even on just gamma. I can say some of the round up missions too. But, point is in my tribe hardly anyone has experienced the final boss because of the hard requirements even just for the Gamma Boss.
Please, nerf the gamma missions just a bit. I FULLY understand that people who love a challenge would beat their heads against the walls of the BETA and ALPHA missions, and that is awesome. I love a challenge. But the same for the Gamma? No, give the more casual players a chance. (Just FYI, a lot of the times, I am one of those who challenge the harder stuff of Ark. So, I'm not saying this for me in general.)
