Dear Wildcard, please atleast respond to your community. People are fed up with these constantly ongoing crashes for literally months! On Genesis2 it's probably the worst right now still but these are not the only servers with bad performance. People cant enjoy this else awesome game. Please tell us if you're planning to do anything about it or atleast let us know if not. At the moment i dont even dare to play there (gen2 922) besides of rendering my base. All that effort and work that people put into this game and constantly losing their progress over and over and over shouldnt be ignored by you. If it's the money holding you back from providing proper hardware for your servers, offer us some subscription based clusters with reserved slots. I think the people would be willing to pay a small fee to have a more stable and overall better server performance. Hoping to hear from you soon.
