greeting, Made a ban appeal 4 days ago and i still get no answer , is it bug or something? Not to be rude but i have no clue at all why i got a ban and its starting to be long thanks

greeting, Is there a way to know why a person has been ban on official server beside sending a ticket to admins please?

greeting, i suggest the admin to at least give the reason why they ban a person and not suddenly see this on the screen and having to wait days to understand what happend I totally agree that they have to ban cheaters or racist on this game, but when a person is ban and did nothing but is victim of some false report of nasty persons who just want to bother you and get you ban , you are punished and you lose alot in game because the tickets that admin receive take forever to be analysed. more then it , not everyone is playing on PlayStation or similar, and the ID recover is not the same as on pc , so if we send a ban appeal with the Steam id in the ticket , why do they still ask us the id and waste more time for the answer? and finally, it could be also nice to send also proof of the incident to the person who is ban, as you make a ban appeal , at least give the opportunity to the person to argue and defend versus the reason you ban them thanks

Greeting, Since more then 2 months , we have been reporting crash server on server official 63 smalltribe extinction Eu It's happening over and over , from the morning till the evening each time several specific people are connected on it This is just unplayable, could a techsupport please check what is happening on there? the lag goes from 30 to 255 suddently like several times in the same hour and this almost all the time Some people told me it is because players are more likely duping/duplicating items or that maybe there is a base in the mesh somewhere When those people are not online , its a plaisure to play on there without any lag , but when they are , its just ruining the fun of everyone in my tribe thanks Qor
