    so coming close to 24 hours now since the update released and majority cross13 servers are still no where to be seen... 0 response from forum, 0 response from support ticket. are the servers coming back anytime soon? I'd rather be told "we cant be bothered to fix it" than be told nothing at all...

    Any answers? a response from somebody would be nice at least. its once thing for servers to be playing up but to vanish completely? why dont you just stop the events? seems everytime theres an event update this happens. is rather just play as normal without the boosts than bot play at all

    so since the update last night, servers in CrossArk13 on xbox are missing. available servers are Ragnarock crystalisles genone valguero the others do not show on the sessions list and none of us can access them. I'm struggling to find help anywhere. does anybody know what is happening or how to fix this?
