The food is not going down only water and dont have nobody to help me, i thought there was maybe a way to respawn in the map that you lose your stuff but don't need to die for respawning

Hi i am stijn i don't know how i can ask something somewhere else but i have a stupid problem. I i fell between some rocks and my person is now blockt there, don't have stamina my water if it is getting empty it fulls up by itself and i can't kill myself how can i spawn again without i am dying because i really want to play aigain
