  1. Okay? That didn't answer my questions, I asked how it was a basilo nerf, and if buffing them would be better defense for a basilo. Buffing the sharks could make water caves that have sharks in them harder, which is why I didn't say water caves but water in general.
  2. The wyvern nerf I understand, by making them breed-able they could actually be stronger then they are now. As is the case with crystal wyverns, from my what I have seen of with them at least. As for a basilo nerf, how is it a nerf to them? They are still immune to jellyfish and being grabbed by squids. If anything wouldn't buffing the megalodons be good for them, as it allows for better defense for the basilo? A small pack of buffed sharks plus a basilo makes it sound like being in the water would be less dangerous.
  3. I asked something similar and didn't get a reply so, It's best to just assume that ones tamed before the update will either remain genderless or just disappear.
  4. The way its worded makes it seem like they may be making them similar to the crystal wyverns. Which may be upping their speed.
  5. This is awesome and I'm surprised 0_0 . I'll admit I wasn't really thinking insect breeding was gonna be a thing, I was hoping when I saw the tiny mantis but I didn't actually think it was gonna happen. Though there is something I didn't see mentioned. What will happen to non-gendered creatures, such as the Onyc, that were tamed before hand? Will they have a random gender or will they just disappear? I have quite a few I tamed from the last event that I haven't sorted yet, so if they are gonna have random genders I'll wait to sort them till then XD . Edit. I just wanted to say something I missed the first time cause I got excited reading the first part of the crunch then got confused. Removing the depth requirement for the giant turtles is helpful, makes breeding them so much better AND I don't have to deal with the Whirlpools on genesis to breed them anymore XD . The taming HUD changes seems like it works like the transponder node should work. Is that the case? Also, with the breeding does this effect the aberration versions as well? I figure so but I would like to know for certain.
  6. That's what I figured, and I'll be honest it kinda sucks. On the bright side though, at least I know now instead of finding out when the event goes live.
  7. Will the new ghost creatures spawn on ALL maps or just certain ones? Or will it be required to jump between maps to get all of the skins? I play single player so if have to jump between maps , I'm just gonna spawn the skins in.
  8. Understandable, and it is true they hatch as normal Crystal Wyverns. The skull helmet would be nice, maybe they could add it in as a achievement skin.
  9. A bit of info on the Wyverns The Heirs are egg tames that spawn at the max level of taming effectiveness possible, so so 225 would be max for them. They also have a passive tame version of them, that remains passive unless you hit them. They are breed-able and have different mostly different attacks, Ember Crystal Wyvern's are somewhat like Fire Wyverns. Ember Crystal Wyverns fire a longer-ranged but narrower fiery breath which does more overall damage which increases the more the fire breath is used consecutively. Blood Crystal Wyverns fire a mid-range blood stream which deals decent damage and siphons health over time to all targets hit (inflicting "Blood Cursed!" effect at target whilst adding "Blood Curse Recovery!" to itself), healing the Blood Crystal Wyvern, it is also capable healing itself by eating corpse (80 health each bite), similar to Argentavis. Tropical Crystal Wyverns fire a long range jet of water with high knockback and mediocre damage with "Scolded!" effect which reduces both HP and Stamina. They are additionally buffed by water similarly to Spinos. Crystal Wyverns are faster and have a tighter turning radius (faster turning) than their normal Wyvern counterparts. However, their bite attack does less damage and their attack speed is slower. The are also 25% smaller then normal Wyverns. They glow in the dark, which makes them easily seen at night. It's easier to get the primal crystal's needed to feed the babies as higher levels give more crystals. Ohh and for some weird reason Sweet Vegetable cakes heal them.
