Perhaps during this (that) time, Wildcard could fix some of the negative issues that surround the game. Issues like the 30 minute client log in time for Primitive Plus, or the current issue of needing to reload the client after a log out from the server. There are a multitude of old issues that should be addressed. The only thing that keeps Wildcard afloat with so many complaints about the game, is the concept of playing in a sandbox world of dinosaurs. I bet if some other game maker picked up the concept Survivors would drop ARK in a heartbeat and go play in a better developed and functioning world. I would aim this @Cedric but I don't think he hears us.

It is true that we have a long load time, it is the nature of the beast right now. Yes this issue should be addressed. However, please come and play. When you load the client and then log onto the server, it will take awhile but when you are done and log off of the server, DO NOT close the client. This will shorten the load time when you next log into the server. The only time you will need to re-load the client is when there is an update to the client itself or if you are having other issues. This is not a perfect work around, but it does shorten the load time.

@Cedric Will the Primitive Plus servers get any attention during this period? Beginning with bringing them back online in time for us Prim+ Survivors to take advantage of the 2.5x event.

Any idea when the Primitive Plus servers will be back online after the latest update to 307.56?

And for those keeping count, Primitive Plus Survivors have lost 2 weekends of play. Just sayin ...

At the bottom of the Community Crunch 218 announcement was this: Primitive+ Primitive+ remains a priority. We have engineering teams working on the complications from the Genesis update. We will keep you informed with any significant progress

How about fix what you have i.e. Primitive Plus before you roll out more stuff.

@Cedric It is very nice and congratulations on the high user rate during this past event. And wonderful news that you have extended the event. Now just imagine how many more users you could have had if only the loyal Survivors of Primitive Plus were able to play and add to your count. If it isn't too much trouble would you ask someone from Wildcard to put out a tweet or other shareable media blurb as to when the Primitive Plus Servers will be back into use? I know it may seem petty to many, but just before Genesis (is Skynet) went live, I completed the raising of my first Raptor from egg to adult. I wasn't even able to ride him yet. That was a lot of work and effort, just like the none conversion folks who currently get to enjoy the fruits of their labor even now during the current 3x event. Primitive Plus Conversion is an excellent and fun format for those who do not wish to mix Tech with Dino's. For those hunter, gatherer, builders out there, Primitive Plus gives us a world of stuff to play with. Even when some of the bits and pieces don't work, the conversion is still very enjoyable. I would like to ask as well that when the servers do come back online, that they be set to the day Genesis went live. I don't need a "thank you for your patience" event, I just want not to loose what I had worked on so hard. In case you actually read this, thank you for your time and efforts.

When will the Primitive Plus DLC and associated servers be fixed and reinstalled? Primitive Plus was THE reason I started to play Ark. The idea of dino's and machine guns just does not set with me.

Is there any word about Primitive Plus and associated servers now that Genesis is getting its updates? The Primitive Plus DLC will not load, the associated cross Ark servers are gone along with my Survivor. There is nothing left. No word from ANYONE about this.
