Having a problem accessing ark genesis for xbox one. I bought the season pass on 6th December just gone to download the content (15:30 25th Feb) and its not available. Checked on the Microsoft store and it doesn't say anything about already owning the season pass. I have just checked both my email and my bank account and have been charged for it and have an email confiming the purchase. Can anyone give some help please.
