16 HRS Till now - is it possible that anyone can restart the server and take a look why that happens always? the event on this server was for nothing.

08:58 hrs till now. come1 1 lost my char because of that crashes and cant even join another server without starting from 0.

PLEASE fix that issue. i see that an server tech admin is often online. Why no admin check the Tickets and Server out messages - You have a Google form for it but now 2nd time that i have the feeling that no one reads them.
