I really dislike people who complain about something that the devs didn't mean to cause. They don't purposely go "alright lets make the game completely unplayable so that all we get in the comments and reviews are complaints about bad service, doesn't that sound like a great idea?". Being an experienced Scratch programmer, I can understand the struggle and grind.

But WILDCARD you screwed water tamer big time with gen 2. You didn't give us a single creature or viriant. Going in the ocean is useless for players that have water tames. You couldn't give us that tek mosa which male be in lost island. Which no one I know is excited for another island map.
But seriously not 1 new viriant or species in ocean on this map u where so proud of. Once I found that out I wish I hadn't bought the dlc. U should atleast add a viraint even tho it's a released map already.
And if you think with you not fixing fixing tek troff showing range when it's disabled on every login and the bed glitch where I gotta jump to move 80% of logins with a 60% chance of freezing or doing qpoin joining while fighting lag lag ghili gloves hiding map and dc n lags n other issues u never ever fixed. That I will by new xbox and ur game and trust and believe ur keep it running smoothly more then 6 months to a year after release. Ur smoking crack! Cause ur dumb!!! U can't be trusted and all ur dlcs r never on time even day of with gem 2 we saw that. U r so incompetent that ur the reason I won't upgrade to new console. Ur only game I play anymore. So u got a almost 40 year old gamer to quit cause u just don't care that the product you sold us is like a moldy sandwich
calm down dude, its not their fault that you lag. also they don't need to add more water variants cause gen 1 had a fair share of water X-creatures. Wildcard aren't dumb.

While I do agree that a lot of cloners can be annoying, the people that do that haven't broken any rules in the game. It's not everyone else's fault if you cant play on a capped server, wildcard has put out plenty of servers so you can still play the game. The Quetz platform thing just isn't a good complaint cause its always been like that to prevent super structures on the back of a frail animal. Summer Bash has been pretty good, even though the tribe I was in got insided. I would recommend this game to my most hated enemy. Wildcard keep working on Ark 2 and let chaos erupt on Ark 1.

There are probably many servers that are down and they are trying to get them all back up and running. hundreds of servers across all platforms are probably experiencing the same thing but they are prioritising all the gen 2 servers as they are the most broken.

It's 10 extra levels which isn't even that many, and if you're achievement hunting then go to single player.

That person @'d an admin (Big Ced), I wouldn't recommend @'ing an admin unless it is of dire need. Also, just because you quoted them doesn't mean an admin is more likely to respond.
After an evaluation, the person didn't @ an admin, they @'d studio wildcard in whole.

nah, its called earning content. nothing in life is free. also gen 1 is not the least played map, that title belongs to scorched, rest in peace scorched.

idk if something is wrong with me or what cause I've been hyped for genesis 2 and when it came out, but I've (in total) only played about 1 hour. I hopped onto singleplayer to test the items then went to play Skyrim for a solid 3 days. I don't know if I need a therapist or some other means of help. Mr.GP help me, destroy my Skyrim addiction.

I've always been really disappointed by Ark's lack of items and P+ filled that gap a little for a while until it was repeatedly pushed aside. The different kinds of meats and the feathers and all that. The leather tanning rack. All these things that gave you more not only to use, but to build a living space with.
I appreciate the electricity and the A/Cs for hatching, but once the glow pets were released and I didn't have to use a torch all night long just to function, I found myself just setting a few of them around my house instead.
None of that's to say I don't still love Ark even with the Tek. I'm just one who's really excited to see where it goes without it and it makes sense with the story. Haven't gotten a chance to sit down with Gen 2 yet, but I'm looking forward to it.can not agree more with this comment, I love tek, like its cool to mess around with and it does have some genuine uses (tek gen and rep) but id also like to see ark go back to its roots and have nothing above stone and metal structures. If ark 2 could be the early stages of ark 1 when foot pvp was good with people not running at light speed with bolas and clubs and maybe the minimum amounts of technology such as elevator systems and other ancient sh*t.

You don't really see many comments that actually say anything worth reading, its either "No Evo event? wildcard suck" or "Game broken, fix now or me leave". nothing really with valid and constructive criticism, this is one that actually says something. I wouldn't say the disappointed thing or the rest in peace, ark 1 thing but I do sort of agree with the rest of it. they just need to dedicate 1 or more higher up people that just read the comments here and tickets made so that they can actually relay solid problems. now idk how they're going to tackle the official rates (I don't play officials that often), they might do some f*cked sh*t. i really love ark 1 and sometimes I like to play around with the broken things in the game (i.e. making fish fly and baiting people into crash spots) but if they want to keep players attached to their games, they have to listen to their community about certain problems or balancing. I have high hopes for ark 2 and i will platy it even if its worse than ark 1. most of if not all the people that work at wildcard have potential to make their business good, they just haven't acted upon or made the effort to be a good business.
