We're having the same issue on our server... I've looked around and don't see any mention of this anywhere. I'd love to know if this is one of the "issues" that they mentioned fixing in a recent tweet... Nothing like sitting around twiddling your thumbs because WC once again can't provide full info. Hopefully they will address this soon.
