Well I'm glad that you guys fix some of the stuff on Xbox One we're still getting kicked out of the private servers that we rent be like one minute if freezes then all the sudden it black screens and we're back to the console for Xbox it's been like this ever since are came out in 2015 it's also the lag part you're sitting there for 2 and 3 minutes while being attacked and then you die because the dinos are killing you but your Frozen can't do anything I know it sounds like the same old thing but something's got to be done I love playing the game I've had it ever since it came out is there anyway that you guys can find out why it keeps freezing and why you get kicked? And just let you know that there's a lot of us older folks between our late thirties and forties and fifties that love this game and play it. And having a computer programming degree I see some of the things that are happening in the codes are just not there.
