I understand alot of reason behide not letting people just throw out anywhere, but to lower the many throw out boxes all over the map that gets in the way of building and taming, enable the ability to make cryofridges public throw out. Like teleporters, it would be a persons choice if they want people to throw out in that area. Maybe even a third option to help pve and pvp, ally only.
with that, make a range change on it like troughs so people could restrict it to only where they want them to throw.
i think this would help get rid alot of the random boxes all over the map on PVE, plus help ally tribes work together more.
