Unable to save mod ini settings on single player mode.

Does anyone knows how to save mod settings when playing Ascended on modded single player?

Whenever I start or load a saved game, Ark rewrites the gameusersettings.ini and game.ini files so any settings that you change that are not included on the game menus and mod settings are erased or reverted to defaults.

Is there a fix for this?
