Are we going to have npc in the ark?

I have an idea for an npc for the ark, homo florensis! It would be awesome, what do you think?

It was theorized that Homo Erectus arrived on Flores over a million years ago and that due to island dwarfism it evolved into the 3 foot Homo Floresiensis. There is some evidence for this since many species that made to Flores from mainland Asia(Java, Sumatra and Borneo were part of the Asian mainland during the Ice age when sea levels were much lower) underwent island dwarfism such as Stegadons(dwarf elephants). However there is much evidence against this theory since Homo Floresiensis had a far smaller brain and much more archaic in its stature and pelvis than Homo Erectus.

I would love NPCs that hold quests with valuable rewards, such as saddle part BPs, or information on how to tame certaib dinos
