Title says it all. Make taps irrigate the cooking pot from within a set distance like a crop plot, and make it so you can cook in higher quantity than a campfire. It can be a long grind before getting the industrial cooker, this would somewhat bridge the gap between them. Plus its more realistic, a primitive person would upgrade to a cooking pot to cook more and faster.
