SOTF...Some Dude Got Robbed

I just watched some poor dude win but get denied his victory. He was left in the small circle, at Frozen Tooth I think, with a Baryonyx I think he took from me, lol. I was on a frog with a compound and died in 4th place. There was a guy on a roll rat who must have had a megaloceros way outside the circle of death. The roll rat died outside the ring and I lost track of the player. The guy on the baryonyx went back in  the circle...but the circle stopped moving. he waited and waited...eventually tried gas, a rocket and shooting at a passing argy, but nothing made the ring move. I switch my spectator to see what the other dino was and it was the megaloceros. here is the kicker...the megaloceros was just standing and got attacked by a wolf...and then it rose in the sky to victory. The baryonyx guy lost. I might have it saved, but didn't check yet.
