Charitable donations

I'm not sure the proper place to ask this question. But we have a charitable organization locally that could use some help. Since the format already exists i was wonder if it would be possible to allow people to make charitable contributions so the rescue group and offer them rewards in game for their good deeds. I would like to know what would need to be done for it to be WC approved as to not have issues.
